I went from a french door to a side by side due to space limitations and color, which had to be white. I was surprised how much space this unit has and we are very happy with the product. The sleek design immediately caught our eye, complementing our modern kitchen aesthetics perfectly. But it's the inside that really impresses. The spacious interior is thoughtfully organized, making it easy to store and access all our groceries.
The temperature control is spot-on, keeping our food fresh for noticeably longer. The produce drawers maintain the perfect humidity, keeping fruits and vegetables crisp and fresh. We've also been impressed with the freezer section. It's roomy and keeps everything from ice cream to frozen veggies at the perfect frost-free temperature.
One of my favorite features is the water and ice dispenser. It's convenient, easy to use, and the water filtration system ensures we always have fresh, great-tasting water at our fingertips. The LED lighting inside is another great touch, illuminating everything clearly without being harsh or too bright.

Maytag Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far fairly good. I have 2 complaints. 1) The ice maker doesn't make enough ice to keep up with demand. Our Kenmore (LG) refrigerator that we moved to the basement makes more ice in an hour than this refrigerator makes in a day. 2) The water dispenser dribbles on the door whenever you pull a glass away after filling.

The water at the door dispensor is not as cold as the Whirlpool I replaced. (The setting is as cold as it will go)
Otherwise, I am happy with it.
Have alway liked the Maytag brand

New one not as good from
Old Maytag was better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator replaced my 22 year old Maytag which was trouble free. The new one is OK, it keeps things cold and it's quiet. The new one has no covers on the top hinges, the dispensed water is not cold and it didn't even come with an egg basket, all of which came with my old one. My old one was the same basic model was better and cost a lot less. I'd rather have it back new.

Nice refrigerator but too noisy.

Not the best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker is incredibly slow to fill the bin. It takes about 5 days for it to get near full with no ice use. The lowest setting on the refrigerator side will only get down to 37 degrees, but usually stays between 38 and 40. The door does not have a good stopping point. It kind of hard stops and swings back hard. It also runs a lot to not get any colder than it does. We do not open the doors enough for it to work this hard in a house at 68-70 degrees. I replaced a refrigerator that could refill the large ice bin in less than 36 hours and holds twice the amount of ice this one can. It took this one over twelve hours to get to temperature when I first turned it on. My old one took less than 3 hours to get to temp.
