Good update!
ISP informed me I needed a new modem. CM700 fit their requirements. Easy to set up once i connected it and powered it up. Just like previous NETGEAR Modems.

Excellent Performers
We have 600mbps Xfinity service. RAV10 router and CM700 modem are perfect WiFi 6 combo to provide high availability service. We have 20 devices including printers, Sonos speakers, Google TV, phones and tablets. Very satisfied with products and Netgear phone support.

Nice surprise, great performance
I was surprised how fast the Netgear modem initialized and came online as compared with my previous Arrius modens. The Netgear wins hands down.
It runs off of my Xfinity "Blast" Internet service (1.4GB) and drives my Linksys smart router with both WiFi and direct RJ45.lines with no issues

Dependable, works well
This is our second netgear modem, first one worked well for several years, we upgraded it to DOCSIS 3.0 because Comcast service required that. This newer model CM700 works well too, functions as described.

I don't know much about network hardware, but I knew my old modem was part of the problem with my poor internet connection. The NETGEAR CM700 modem was reasonably priced and improved my system tremendously, just like I hoped.

I purchased the NETGEAR CM3700 modem on April 4th. It was to replace my older NETGEAR modem/router.
This one is much faster.
At first I had issues connecting it to my Xfinity cale system. I called NNETGEAR support, and they were able to assist me in what the cause was.
It turned out that i needed to contact Xfinity and have them add it to my account.
Since then, my new modem has been working very well paired with a new wireless router mesh system.

Good one
It works good. It was a bit difficult to get all connected and ai even had to call Netgear, my internet supplier and my Mesh’s supplier. I called them all to get it running. All of them were keen to help me except Netgear. They were not friendly and just “washed their hands” and passed the “issue” to the others.
It all turned fine but I was disappointed by their total lack of interest in helping me.
My Mesh’s supplier and the Internet supplier went above and beyond to help me!
So, product good but disappointing service.
I will give them 5 even though they don’t fully deserve it.

We rushed over to the local Big Box and to our relief they had some Netgear product that met the 4k requirement. This particular model has enough features to keep us happy for several years.
