High performance Plug
These extenders do exactly as I would expect from them. The bandwidth is as advertised and installation and configuration as easy as can be with the Netgear Nighthawk app. I already had the app for a Nighthawk router, so keeping everything under one application is nice. Highly recommended!

Great product
I have an internet outage in my area and I work from home. My neighbor said I could try to log on to her internet so I could work. I got on but keep getting kicked off. Long stressful day. I needed to be able to work so I went out and bought this wifi extender. Thanks to the extender and my neighbor I am up and running. Great product if it can extend the wifi next store can't wait to see what it does for my wifi when the outage is over. Diffently recommend this product.

My internet will reach through the garage due to it being metal and the garage door is metal. I’ve tried cheaper alternatives (no name brands) with no luck before. Decided to get the netgear since that is the same as my modem and router to see if it would work. I workout in my garage so I needed my tv and laptop (cycling program) to be able to connect to the internet. To my surprise it works well!! I had no problems setting it up and within 5ish minutes after plugging it in and downloading a required software update I was in business.

Fixed interruptions TV was causing
When the smart tv was hooked up directly by wifi, I constantly had connectivity issues and particularly apps failing to open. Now the tv is hooked up wired to this extender—problem solved!!!

Had to be set up under its own IP address
It works well, except that it is a mesh system, but had to be set up not as a mesh, per Netgear support. The television likes to leave the new extender and go to the other Wifi setting. Signal is strong, though.
