I have had experience with other Extenders, and by far, the AX1800 gets the job done. I hard wired it using Cat6e cable, to make it into an Access Point. It was easy to set up, and works flawlessly.

Range Extender - Best Support
This extender works wonderfully. I had to work with support on setting up one of the two and the support was phenomenal as well. While we don't have a ton of square footage our layout of our home makes for some spotty internet connections....NOT ANYMORE. I can't believe I waited this long to add these to our home. Highly recommend.

Upgraded my home network with a New WiFi 6 router and the NETGEAR AX1800 WiFi 6 Mesh Extender. Huge improvement in speed. I really like how the AX1800 seamlessly integrates with the new router. It’s almost like having 2 routers in my home.
This upgrade couldn’t have been better.

These extenders do exactly as I would expect from them. The bandwidth is as advertised and installation and configuration as easy as can be with the Netgear Nighthawk app. I already had the app for a Nighthawk router, so keeping everything under one application is nice. Highly recommended!
