Getting a WiFi 6 router is generally considered worth it, especially if you have a large household with many connected devices. It offers significantly faster speeds, better efficiency, and improved performance compared to older WiFi standards, allowing for smoother streaming and faster downloads across multiple devices simultaneously.
We have a 3000sq ft house and this Nighthawk router does an excellent job reaching every room with enough bandwidth to handle streaming without lagging. The router gets an average speed of 470-527 mbps. Setup couldn’t have been easier, I downloaded the Netgear app and was easily able to configure everything right there.

Very impressive
I recently replaced my Xfinity rented cable modem/Wi Fi router which was in place for 6 years. I replaced with a Netgear Nighthawk cable modem CM2050V and Netgear AX2400 WiFi Router. The installation of the WiFi router was very easy with the use of the Connect software. The security options for real time scanning of end points connecting to WiFi was impressive. The client software options for securing the end points was very unexpected and impressive. The ability to add a Guest network option was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this WiFi router for those looking to upgrade their WiFi router to improve speed, coverage, security, and the ability to actually actively manage your network. Well done Netgear!!!

Easy to setup and use
We had a tp-link router for years and it died after we moved. I had always heard of Nighthawk and decided to give it a go. Setup was simple and got us back online quick. I like that it allows us to have a 2.4

Great Router
My cable company said we had to supply our own router after two years of using a modem with a router in it. I had no idea of what to get. I read the reviews and they were great. When the cable works it is fast. This is no fault of the product but our cable company not wanting to fix the problem.
I would recommend this to any one that needs a router.

Great router works well
I purchased the nighthawk router for my business due to the fact that the range was very limited on what the equipment I was using. I was very happily pleased to see the range of the nighthawk router more than sufficient to pass through many walls and control the Wi-Fi for my business. Very happy with the overall product. The app is also very cool to manage day-to-day traffic and connections.
