For a great combo modem / router, get this! We have Xfinity 1GB service, was able to set it up easily and it's range is great across multiple floors for two of us working from home then streaming as needed

Amazing upgrade
Had been wondering why I wasn’t getting the 600 mbs my internet provided said I should be getting. My current device was rated up to 600 mbs so I figured I should be getting that. Sadly I averaged 250-300. As soon as I installed this device I was getting up to 675 mbs! Definitely worth the upgrade.

I receive this device and once I started installing. I realized how easy it was then realized that I had to register it. And that process was easy as well. Overall, I love the equipment. It makes my internet very fast. And it also allows me to connect the ethernet cord Directly to my PC and gaming unit, it's ideal and would recommend to anyone here. I gave it a five star because of how easy it is to install and how great the product is speed and accessibility. It allows me to get wi fi distant from the router.

Best router ever
Great router with an easy to use app. Has lots of features in the admin console for setting up guest networks. It can switch between 2.4 Ghz and 5Ghz pretty easily.

A burst of speed
I didn't realize how much speed I lost due to my outdated equipment. The router/modem combo was easy to set up. One phone call to my ISP, and it was up and running. The speeds are amazing and the router has the best security features.

Powerful Performance
The NETGEAR Nighthawk CAX80 has been a fantastic upgrade for my home network. If you have a lot of devices and need reliable, high-speed internet, this is definitely the way to go. It handles everything I run from gaming, streaming, and working usage, without missing a beat. It’s a bit of an investment, but for me, it’s been totally worth it. It's a powerful modem/router combo that can handle heavy usage, I highly recommend it!

The speed wasnt really the issue for me, but my farthest security cams kept dropping connection. This CAX80 is getting solid 1.4gb wired, 400 mbs at the farthest points on 5ghz channel. Ive got 20 devices running and the security cams are staying on. Glad I picked this unit up. Setup easy, swapped it out, entered everything same as old network, was connected and running in 30 minutes. Glad I picked this up.

Upgraded to the CAX80 modem/Wi-Fi router. Improved service,only issue was connecting Ring Products -NOT do to NETGEAR bur ring network issues accepting new modem.
