Blazing fast
The Nighthawk RS200 WiFi 7 router has exceed all of my expectations. It's blazing fast and I have experienced no dropped connections. Installation was not trouble-free, though. The app needs work. It has trouble finding the unit and then didn't work reliably once connected. I also had to factory-reset the unit because the access control feature blocked every device on my network. But once installed, it is awesome. Persevere!

I purchased the RS200 router to stop renting one from my ISP. The setup was reasonably easy, and so far it has been working as expected. In general, I think this router would be sufficient for most people.

Happy with the router so far. I like notifications for devices joining the network. I did have a little trouble seeing up a reserved IP for one of my machines but a restart fixed the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compact, discrete design of this router belies its capabilities. My home is not large at 1950 square feet, so the range of the RS200, is sufficient for coverage of the house. I have recently moved from coaxial cable to fiber optic (for obvious reasons). I settled for the 300mbps level since I’m not a gamer nor do I download large files.
My Speedtest results in the router location ate consistently from download 305 to 314mbps to and upload speed of 205-305 mbps. No lag, no dropout, no problems!
I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Solid Router
Bought this to replace my Tp link wifi 6 router wanting a more US based system. Installation was straightforward, led by the Netgear app. I used my existing router name and password and all previous devices all picked it up seamlessly. The coverage is good, we have a 3000 sqft home and the signal is good even in the garage. With the Nighthawk app I can monitor what is on the wifi network and make adjustments if needed. I even find my car in the garage connecting which I did not see before with the wifi 6 tplink router. Overall I am satisfied.

Highly Recommended
Love how easy it is to install and tweak. I had version 1 of this router for close to ten years. It performed impeccably every day of its life. I'm keeping it as a back up. I bought version 2 because I wanted to login but no longer could with the old one. I highly recommend this router.

Exceeds Expectations
I recently moved from a wireless internet option since I am in a remote area with no broadband or cable. My Internet Provider installed Fiber in my area, giving me access to 1 Gigabit internet. The router I had could not accommodate the faster speeds, and the router provided by the ISP also had problems. When I installed and configured the NETGEAR Nighthawk BE6500 Wi-Fi 7 Router (RS200), it took advantage of the higher speeds and was easy to configure.

Great investment
My family was tired of slow internet. Everything was buffering, never loading smoothly....we paid extra for devices that have smooth interfaces but we couldn't even enjoy them because our Internet ruined it. In the last year we have gone through two routers and neither gave me that high speed feel. Then we found the Nighthawk. Not only is it fast, reliable, and can handle multiple devices at once without skipping, buffering, or freezing, but it has the ability to level up your Internet experience. You can create a guest WiFi so you don't have to worry about giving out your passwords to other people, you can control what devices have access to you internet and set parental controls and limitations for each device, plus block devices from access the Internet all together. In summary, if you want a router that is going to have a modern answer for modern problems this is the way to go.

This is one of the best routers I've ever used the range on it is absolutely incredible I can go about half a block down from my house and I still have about half of the bars the security on this is absolutely amazing and for how many devices that I can connect to I'm absolutely astonished like it's probably one of the best routers I can ever have or ever used in my life I would definitely recommend this throughout her if you're going to use it for gaming

my d-link router was acting up and dropping my internet. I purchased this NETGEAR nighthawk rs 200 and holy smokes what a difference. My internet speed jumped from downloading around 250 mbs to 1225 mbs.my computer has never been this fast. I would not hesitate to pick up a nighthawk router if you are interested in a new router.
