Simple for a old guy!
I was worried about not being “tech savvy” and having problems hooking it up. WRONG, I was so easy to hook up and the directions are well written. I no longer have any device that I’m renting from Comcast. And this has a better signal than the Comcast one! If I could give 100 ⭐️s I would! You will be so happy with this purchase!

I am extremely satisfied with my NETGEAR Nighthawk Ax 2700 WiFi Cable Modem Router (CAX30). I have xFinity/Comcast as my internet provider and had no issues. I believe I more speed with my new device than the xFinity gateway. In addition, I have more control of my network. Very pleased.

I had to upgrade to a DOCSIS 3.1 due to cable company making my NETGEAR DOCSIS 3.0 Obsolete. NETGEAR to me is a proven product so it was a no brainer to go with the NETGEAR Nighthawk. The Nighthawk is working wonderfully just like it's predecessor. If my cable company starts changing things up again in the future I hope to stay with the NETGEAR family. Highly recommend!!!

Easy peasy
I got the modem/router to replace my Xfinity lease. Setup was super easy (although not quick, dealing with Xf) using Netgear's supplied instructions. Since installation everything has been running fast and smooth. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't need wifi7 but still wants fast speeds and good wifi.
