Love It!
My previous rower finally gave out and I got this one. The last rower I had was collapsible so I was initially worried about spatial constraints. Those fears were quickly dashed away. Its slim and easy to maneuver. My favorite feature is probably the length. I'm 6'4" , mostly in the legs, and the seat rail had plenty more space. Love it, its a great piece of equipment!

Quick HIIT
Love the ability to jump on for a quick HIIT or structured iFIT workouts. Set up wasnt bad, and everything is pretty smooth. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Great rower!
Very happy with this rower. It feels sturdy and well-made. It works smoothly and I appreciate how easy it is to change the length of the foot rests since both my husband and I have been using it. I also appreciate how little space it takes up since we have it in a room that doubles as my husbands office. I wish the screen was a little bigger, but only because I’ve been using it with the iFIT app (which I highly recommend!) and would like to see the outdoor settings of the different workouts better. Overall a really great product! I was given this product at a reduced cost in exchange for my honest review.

Fantastic Rowing Experience!
I've been using the NordicTrack RW700 for a few weeks now, and I’m beyond impressed! The smooth, quiet magnetic resistance makes every workout enjoyable, and the adjustable resistance levels help me push my limits. The iFIT workouts are a game-changer, making it feel like I’m rowing on real water. Definitely worth the investment!

Great Rower!
NordicTrack, you’ve done it. I love this rower! I love the screen size and ease of use of this product! It is so easy to assemble and doesn’t take up a lot of space like other rowers I have seen and used. I love the variability of the programs through IFit and how easy they are to access. This rower has awesome features and is very comfortable! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a rower! Gets the Job done
I am an avid lifter, but I always like to get a quick warm-up in. I have only had a stationary bike so I thought I would give this a try. I love having this to switch up my routine. IT is a great full body warm up, especially on leg days.

The hardest exercise I have ever enjoyed(?)!
The Nordic Track RW700 Rower is an amazing exercise machine. I won't bore you with how quiet and smooth it is. Paired with iFit it regularly kicks my butt, but in the most diverting way. Attracted by the interesting iFit videos and exercise recording system, I keep coming back for more.

Good rower!
Rowing is tough! But I’m more and more a fan the more I use this machine. I’ve done some brief rowing before, but never dedicated a whole workout to rowing. It is hard, but I love that it is a whole body workout (compared to a treadmill or bike which is all lower body). It’s a two person job to get the machine where you want it but setup was not hard with 1 person. And the machine works great! Handle is grippy and sturdy, seat has a little cushion but not too much, and the foot rests are easy to adjust but stay in place when using them. The screen is on the smaller side, but there isn’t much reason for it to be bigger. My favorite part are the guided iFit workouts. You can have a professional rower teach you the absolute basics of how to correctly row and then once those are down you can follow the trainers rowing in some amazingly beautiful places. The one thing I wish this rower had was a built in fan to blow on your face when the workout gets tough! This is an incentivized review, but the opinion and rating are honest.

Workout programs
All I wanted to do was row 30-40 minutes twice a week. I’m only home 3 days a.week I love to golf and just want to maintain what I have. I’m 69 and really don’t want to get a 20 year old body
