Three and a half years
This worked fine until one day it would not work after pressing the Start button, after 3 and a half years. It probably has to do with the main component called the magnetron, which I think is within the five year warranty for parts replacement. But it may not be worth the hassle to fix when it won't cost me too much to get a newer one.
As far as how I liked it, I had not choice because I had to get a specific size to slide into a built-in area. The most annoying thing was the loud banging noise it makes when closing the door. The dial just sets the minutes you want, so it's not different than pressing the buttons.
