You'll make an appointment for installation through a centralized system by calling 631-843-4500 or emailing Car.Audio@pcrichard.com, and you'll then choose from available times and locations to find the most convenient option. We have 44 installation locations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.
Once you've scheduled the location and time of your installation, we recommend planning to drop off the car instead of waiting onsite. Make sure someone's available that day to pick you up and drop you off.
If you're installing a remote starter, please be advised that an additional vehicle interface part may be required for installation.

Preparation for Installation

Clear the car of any clutter or debris
Make a plan for leaving the car on site and picking it up later
Be advised that the car must be dropped off and picked up by an adult over the age of 18
