You don't need a subscription to use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was so simple! I have 1 arm and was able to do this in a few min. Sound is exceptional and the picture output is great! You don't have to pay for the subscription to use this either. I can go back and look at different dates, times and even events. I got an extra one and set it up inside my home for the surveillance capability. Love this!

Setup is a breeze, and the built-in battery means you just plug it in when it’s time to recharge. The 1440p HD video quality is a big step up from older models, so you can see everything really clearly, even at night.
What’s great is that all the important features are there—like two-way talk and motion zones—so you can chat with visitors or keep an eye on what’s happening at your door. Easy to use!

Being able to see and record who comes to the door before getting there. Or answering people remotely if you’re not home. Makes it great to use. It’s pretty easy to install and get connected online. I highly recommend getting a ring !!

The customizable motion detection reduces false alerts, and the app provides smooth notifications. However, battery life can be shorter with frequent use, and the video quality isn’t as sharp in low light. The subscription for video storage is also an added expense.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am reviewing the ring doorbell third generation it was pretty darn easy to install. it works with Alexa so that you can get your alerts. I do like the fact that the battery can be charged without removing the entire doorbell. Hopefully the charge last for quite some time. the only downside that I can really give is that it requires a ring subscription. I believe it’s what it’s called to access the footage that you have recorded.

Added sense of security and super easy to install!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been looking at getting a ring doorbell camera for a while now. I’m glad I finally did! This was super easy to install and set up with my phone and now I love the additional sense of security for my family.
I’m still trying to figure out the alert sensitivity as we live on a street that has a lot of people walking by and I haven’t yet lockdown how to eliminate the unnecessary people alerts versus those that are actually at the door. I’m sure I’ll be able to lock that down pretty soon.
My current doorbell is not compatible with this one so I will have to add a ring chime in the near future so as to get the greatest value and know when people are ringing the doorbell. As of now, I’m relying on the notification from my phone.

Good camera!

I already have a ring doorbell on the outside of my house so I put this one in my living room and it’s pretty awesome! I don’t like all the notifications even though i put the motion activity on the lowest settings so i’m constantly muting it for awhile. The sound and video is really good quality! I had no problem turning it on, setting up my account or connecting it to the wifi. It’s really user friendly. The battery has also lasted awhile, it’s been 2 weeks now since it initial charge and it’s still more than half full. I highly recommend.

The video quality is sharp, and the night vision is solid, so you get a clear view of whether it’s day or night. Motion detection is pretty spot-on, too, alerting you when someone’s at your door, and you can tweak the settings to avoid unnecessary alerts. Two-way audio is also a cool feature, letting you talk to visitors even when you’re not home.
Battery life? It lasts a good while, but it’s super easy to recharge when needed. Plus, the app integration is seamless, so you can check in anytime from your phone. Overall, it’s perfect if you want an easy-to-install.

screw the mounting with the included hardware and click your doorbell into place. To recharge the battery just insert the included removal tool and detach your doorbell. Plug it into the included USB-C cable. The doorbell features head-to-toe video with 66% more vertical coverage. You can see, hear, and speak to guests from anywhere using the Ring App. Video and sounds quality are excellent. The doorbell also sends you smart alerts for people and packages. Perfect for every home! I highly recommend.

Great Device!

It even started working right in my living room (detected movement) while I was still doing some extra setup steps. The sound of the device is perfect. Installation will be simple using the guide provided! I highly recommend this device.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the ring however. The video is very clear, the sound is great, and that battery is also long lasting. Setting the camera and app up on my phone was a little time consuming but overall fairly easy. I’m grateful it takes a common charger since we always seem to loose them. The camera itself is pretty impressive on the response time for when someone rings the doorbell or the camera picks up movement. I would highly recommend this doorbell camera to others in need of one. My family is very happy with it.

Sound is super good too, connectivity is fairly quick. Once you download the app you are basically done. Just scan the QR code and pair your device to the app account for you to be able to manage and see everything!

Simple to Install and High Quality Doorbell

It has the capabilities of HD video from head-to-toe, two-way talk, quick mobile notification, color night vision, you can customize motion zones, and reply quickly to guest. I love that this doorbell was easy to install and setup! It's user friendly and comes with batteries and a charging station. It was simple to install the app and navigate the features. The camera quality is excellent and so is the voice quality. Overall, I give this doorbell a 10/10 and I will be purchasing another one for my back door.

The modes part is a little bit confusing, but I can go in and read a little bit more about it. The only downside is that you have to have a subscription in order to keep up with the recorded feed.

Perfect doorbell, we LOVE it!!

The sound is clear too, sensor/ catches the moves is perfect too!we connected it with our wifi and Bluetooth, it works smooth.
At first i had to charge it for a while, when the battery is full, we started to scan the QR code then it took us to the Ring app, created an account then I followed the flow, step by step, i linked with my husband so we both can use the app and can check the view outside of the house/ front door.
It’s really easy. We love this doorbell and we’re so grateful to have it. Now we can go out without worrying about the package(es) or anything else.
Highly recommended for this product.

The ring will give you peace of mind.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't imagine being without a ring doorbell. This model works perfectly. The installation and set up is really simple and easy to set up. The video clips taken are always very clear, and there's never any lag I'm alerted the moment a package is delivered or when somebody walks up to my door. There's a variety of notification sounds to choose from, including special holiday tones, which I find to be really cool. There's a two-way talk option in case you're not home and need to communicate with someone from the door. Also, this version of the ring can be charged directly from the device without having to take the battery out. The Ring comes with a type-c usb charging wire and an easy pick to detach from the wall mount. Overall, this is a must-have, and I can't imagine not having one. Knowing whos in front of my door helps me feel safer so I don't have to always open it and see who's at my front door, also when a package is delivered I know exactly where it's put. I highly recommend this generation of the ring.

The best

Besides the fact of how much i need this, this was so easy to install and to use. I did it all by myself :) the quality of the sound and camera is amazing! The battery seems to last very long. I live the fact that i can check it on my phone whenever and the connection is always good.

Now I know who really eats all the nuts!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im hoping to teach my squirrels how to ring the doorbell to let me know they are in need of nuts. Too ambitious? Perhaps. Perhaps not!! If only the woodpecker would quit stealing the almonds.
More seriously, this was a breeze to setup. I haven’t decided on placement yet so haven’t installed it anywhere and I’m enjoying keeping an eye on my wildlife for the moment. The camera picks up sound from well inside the house and the video quality is great! I can’t speak to battery life, although I anticipate needing to recharge frequently as I currently have the motion sensitivity all the way up.
