My Samsung tv was so slow to get to the content I wanted to watch. With the Roku, I am able to get to my shows faster. I’m also able to search and browse for new shows much easier than with the built in tv interface. This has made a world of difference in my viewing.

This was a gift, glad to get it , we love Roku service. Smaller sticks were prone to heat dissipation issues. This one seems good so far. I did notice an issue with volume compensation. Some feeds are very loud compared to others. Even with the device settings done correctly. Maybe software updates will address this.

ROKU Ultra is simply the best
I have purchased 3 units to replace Spectrum cable boxes and Firesticks. The Ultra works faster than the Firesticks and has more features. Even the sound quality seems improved. It mates very well if you choose to use it instead of the Spectrum cable boxes. I can now access Spectrum channels and features wireless. It saved me from having to run cable wires to an additional TV put in room that did not have a cable outlet. I highly recommend the ROKY Ultra.

Love the built in Ethernet port
We use Roku to stream all of our favorites. I've found it to have a really good picture quality. Previously, we were using the Roku Stick 4k, I think, but it'd get really, really hot. I hesitated about the set-top box and didn't want something bulky in my entertainment center. However, this is smaller than I expected, and I was pleased to see the remote lights up when disturbed. The WiFi is much faster, but I like to have it plugged directly into the Ethernet for the fastest speeds.

I get everything I want for less money!
The Roku Ultra can do everything that cable can do, and much more. I've found so many of my favorite shows on their own Roku Live channels. I can quickly stream my apps on 4K. I can listen to all my music. The Roku Ultra hooked up to my wifi, TV, and Bose soundbar so easily. What a great value!

I like the remote
I hate remotes that have too many buttons. I don't want to have to put my glasses on just to use the remote. It lights up as soon as you pick it up, a big plus. I purchased the Ultra because it had a guide button. Easy interface.
