Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I searched high and low for the right machines that had all the features I wanted and would fit in my place. It took a while to find ones that had all the different settings as well as WIFi connectivity so that I could easily monitor and control them. I got this washer in spring and so far it has been excellent. It was very easy to set up, is very quiet, and since it is WiFi enabled I get notifications about progress and if needed I can easily run a different cycle, like sending the laundry through an extra spin cycle once its complete. I also love the fact that ypou can sync the washer to the matching dryyer, so when it is done in one the other is already set for the approrpiate settings.

Do laundry virtually effortlessly!
We bought this set to replace another when the washer quit spinning. I never minded doing laundry, but with this Samsung washer and dryer, I actually look forward to doing laundry. I like the notifications when a wash or dry cycle is completed. I also love that it measures the amount of electricity that they use. They don't use much. With a 1400 rpm spin cycle on the washer, the clothes don't require a lot of dry time...thus the savings on energy.

Did my washing today on heavy settings and was amazed hoe quite the washer is. I was able to easily connect it through the smart app and get status on it. My clothes came out clean and untangled. I have very limited space in my laundry room and this Samsung washer is a perfect fit! I would recommend this Washer to anyone who has small space and is looking for a washer with new technology!

Perfect for my Apartment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how this Samsung washer has all the latest features yet, in a compact size machine. I used the heavy load function, and it was surprisingly quite and the best part is that i connected it to the wifi, which notified me on how long it is left, and at what stage the washing is on. I can even pause ot start and stop through the app as it helps a lot as sometime, i load the machine and forget to start it. I love it, highly recommend this washer to those with tight space.

However the agitator space is generous and the machine is powerful enough to get clothes clean and fresh. Unit is able to be stacked as well. Wash time is speedy. Lots of options to choose from to meet your specific laundry load needs-temperature, spin, stain levels, etc. I love that it is energy start rated to help reduce costs. Super convenient to set up via Wi-fi and works with Smart Things a variety of voice assistants.

My husband was amazed by the compact size and efficient job this washer did as it is quite compact in the size. This washer has all the convenient features that one can think of. All different cycles for all sorts of fabric. House with a toddler need constant laundry and it has proven to be great help. The washer barely make noises which we were super impressed with. Secondly we love the speed washing feature that wash the clothes in 30 minutes and it quite impressive for busy days or emergency needs. I love the washing with sanitization feature. Also syncing your washer with phone to schedule on your busy or convenient time is another smart feature which has proven to be great help for my family. I love this Samsung product can’t stop getting amazed day by day by how much this compact product can provide you.

I will be moving shortly and it is so nice to know that due to the smaller size it will be very convenient to be able to take this machine with me to my new house. I can stack the washer and dryer if necessary. Even though it is compact, it holds full loads for laundry. Completes wash loads quickly and efficiently for more energy savings. Offers a wide variety of load options, temperatures, etc. Has been effective and getting clothes, bedding, towels, etc clean and fresh. Runs quiet and that is a bonus for any closet install. Cute signal when load is complete. I have not done it yet but machine is compatible with Wifi and Smart Things so you can handle your laundry from your phone with a touch of a button!

Superior Washer

The vibration reduction technology helps and is quiet in operating on different settings. The clothes come out very clean and almost completely dry. Using Smart Things app help as it allows you track the progress. Great size for a small family or couple. Had to remove because water pipe burst in wall and now have repairs being done.

easy to use with all the presets, very efficient
I have this Samsung Washer a little over 2 months now and it was definitely an upgrade to my old washer. This Samsung washer is so much better in many ways - more advanced, easy to use with all the presets for different kinds of laundry, quieter, more energy efficient and efficient in cleaning in that I don't need to use so much laundry detergent! I'm truly amazed and should have upgraded my washer sooner!

Great Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent washer. I love all the different cycles and the high-tech functionality the Wi-Fi connectivity brings. I have used Normal, Short, and Heavy soil washes and they all perform as expected. It is quiet and you can barely feel it running. Once connected to Wi-Fi, it will let you know how long it will take to complete, how far along it is, the cycle that it is currently in, etc. You can stop, restart, and pause it from your Smart Things app. It will also let you know when done. It has an alarm that indicates the washer is done. Clothes come out with no water and "dry".

Great, but like any washer... wobbly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic washer. Everything is well designed and it holds a surprisingly large amount of clothes. We use it to wash extremely muddy clothes almost daily and everything comes out clean without issue, every time. There’s not too much noise while it’s running aside from the last 4-5 minutes, which is the last spin cycle. Even at its worst it’s not as bad as other washers I’ve used. That said, it’s certainly not a quiet washer — especially when the spin cycle is set to medium or higher.
We mostly use the normal and towel washes, but there’s a ton of other options including a setting specifically for wool and several steam settings. Normal wash + towel wash work really well, and the noise of the faster spin cycles are worth it when it comes time to dry. Everything’s well wrung out and ready for the dryer. I’d definitely check that it’s well leveled and keep the top of the washer empty, especially if you’re going to use the more powerful spin cycles.
The little song it sings at the end is possibly the best part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying this washer is perfect for spaces that are xxsmall like rv, apartments, and even boats. Not a good fit if you have a house full of grown ups that work outside for a living. The clothes do get clean but you have to do twice as many loads. I didn't expect this to be as small as it is or I would not have gotten it. Let's start with the pros. The vibration reduction is a dream. You can hardly tell that the washer is even on. It has many different washing options to choose from and the super quick wash is just that. It is super quick and the clothes come clean. It is a very small washer and can fit I'm sure in any application. It has wifi connections so you can hook up to the smart things app and monitor how much energy the appliance is using and can control the washer remotely. Now on to the cons. You may can control the washer through the wifi connection but you have to push the connection button after every load to connect to wifi so it really isn't all that remote since the washer turns off after every load. You might as well just push the buttons to the desired cycle while you are there turning on the unit and connecting to wifi. Super pointless to me. It is xxsmall and I would not recommend it for a full house hold. It would be perfect for a single person or a xxsmall person. It does not fit my bedding so I have to now go to the laundry mat to wash them. In my opinion the only thing different is the vibration noise which is wonderful, and the xxsmall size which can be good for some but not others. Other than that It is a plain simple machine that I don't think is worth the price tag. If I would have known about the size alone I wouldnt have bothered wasting my money on this. I am a huge samsung customer everything I own is samsung. This is a disappointment for me to even have to say anything negative about them. Their customer service is awesome and most their products but I feel this washer would be perfect for a single or xxsmall person, not for households with families.

It’s very quiet and also holds big loads. I was surprised on how big of a load it can handle. I love the touch screen and that you can connect it to your Samsung account. So not only does it give you a cute little song to say that the load is complete but if you have a Samsung tv, it’s notifies you there too. A small message pops up to let you know it’s complete.

Sleek, efficient and is excellent at what it does!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Washer awesome. The most important thing is it washes my clothes efficiently. When it is done it is not dripping wet and I don't have to put a lot of detergent like my old washer. Lookswise it is very sleek. I love the preset washes for times when I don't want to think about it. I previously had a top loader washer. My old top loader washer was a pain to remove the clothes when it was done as I am short and I have to hoist myself a little to grab the washed clothes from the bottom. I don't have to worry about that with this Samsung washer as it is a sideload. Very easy to remove for shorties like me! Also, the wash cycles are fast but my clothes are clean! I have not tried the wifi / phone feature yet but will update once I do so. This washer is in the basement so the wifi feature would definitely be extremely helpful when I am upstairs and I want to know if wash is done or not. I have used the normal wash and towel wash so far. I am extremely happy with this Samsung Washer. It's got the looks, efficiency and hi technology!

Good Wash/Dryer
I bought this washer with dryer a few weeks ago. I do like the set and recommend, but I do not like the controls. It's like I am starting a jet engine. Push this button, turn this dial, Set your wash/dry parameters, then push and hold a start button. Come On, It's like a bunch engineers, said "let's tech the heck out of this, it will be cool". It's Not! The tech should make this easier. I should be able to set a default program for a wash/dry cycle that I use 99% of the time. Then push "one" button, and my default setting comes up and the unit starts. Have a delayed start of say 10 seconds when you might want to change your setting.

Smart Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the style of this washer, but I thought the door would be more transparent. It is barely transparent. Since this is an energy saving washer, it takes longer to wash things which I had to get used to since my last washer was not energy efficient. I really like all the different cycles it has. Using a cycle in relation to the type of fabric I am using has really restored the quality of the fabrics. I am amazed! I am so happy to finally have a laundry machine that has a place for liquid fabric softener. It has a decent size drum for a compact washer. I can fit a whole standard size hamper of clothes in it. I hate to say this but this washer can get very loud. I live in an apartment and I'm pretty sure my neighbor downstairs can hear the water being sucked up the hose and the last part of the wash cycle where it spins crazy fast. I even feel my floor shaking if I am close to it. It is very powerful and kind of sounds like I am inside an airplane depending on which room I am in. Therefore, I don't like how it is advertised as being quiet. It can get louder than my old washer. The Smart Things app is a great feature but it needs some updates. For example, I can't see how long a load is going to take before starting the cycle, I can't turn my washer on or off my with it, etc. Another thing I don't like is when I took out the filter to clean it, a puddle of water formed on my floor. I took the filter out a week after doing laundry btw. The pros definitely outweigh the cons though. I am very happy to do my laundry with this washer. I am still exploring new and better ways to do my laundry with it.

A Vibration-Heavy Powerhouse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The amount of features that one small washing machine can hold! There are 24 built-in wash cycles from the standard cycles to specialty ones like Bedding made for washing large items, Steam Allergen for using steam to reduce built-up pet dander (great for pet beds!), and a cycle specifically for wool. The towel cycle was incredible with how much moisture it "pre-pulled" to prepare for the dryer. In addition, you can set the spin cycle strength and the level of "soiled" the items you're putting in are. They make a huge difference. We've used this washer to clean pet beds, muddy toddler clothes, sweaty teenager gym clothes, a comforter, and regular clothes. Everything comes out clean the first time by setting the wash, spin, and soil settings. At the end of the cycle, a little tune plays. We've set it up with the Smartthings app so we also get alerts on our phones and on the TV. However, all magic comes with a price. For wash cycles that use the medium or higher spin cycle, or if set mentally, you will know when that spin cycle starts. Even moreso if there is anything on top of your washing machine. See above! It's not what I expected from Samsung!
I bought this compact Samsung Washer @ 26 March 2024 . The clothes Washer is extremely loud, vibrates, and sounds like a 1970 Diesel engine. I'm disappointed and will ask for a refund or a motor that doesn't rock the home.

Original and replacement didn't work
I received TWO of these and neither worked -- didn't finish cycles. HUGE pain and weeks of stress. I would avoid this unit and get a GE or LG instead.
