My Wife's New Best Friend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went with the Samsung top loading washer with Smart Features and Auto Dispense, and the matching front loading dryer. This set has been easy to learn to use and there are so many features that this is easily the best purchase we have made in awhile. We love the Auto Dispense, which gives the benefit of adding detergent and softener and letting the machine auto dispense it for each load. The inside of the washer is shiny and has a large capacity, and it is easy to do large loads. The SmartThings app enables us to use recipes for different types of loads and even alerts us when the washer and dryer cycles are done. I would hands down recommend this washer and dryer set.

My new best friend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't think it would be possible, but here we are... I found a new best friend.. that's an appliance LOL. Before you scroll past this, thinking I'm crazy.. hear me out. We went from a standard washer, to this.. and WOW. The drum is insanely big and the stainless steel is always clean and just looks beautiful. We have been able to fit some pretty large washing loads with no effort and they come out beautifully clean. Also the biggest scare that I had with a top loading machine was damaging the cover from all of the opening and closing and the occasional slamming of it (we've all been there..!) Well not with this one, it has soft closing lid.. it's amazing!
We love the auto-sensing detergent dispense, not only does it save time but also the detergent itself which means you're saving money - gotta love that. You can override the auto-dispense if you'd like more detergent, for whatever reason. Also it has auto load sensing so that it auto fills the water to an adequate amount BUT you can also do a forced full tub if you'd like your clothes covered to the brim in water, we do. There are a lot of functions to the washer, and they can be tweaked through the app, as well.
Speaking of the app, it gives you everything you'd want at your fingertips and also allows you create a custom wash cycle, we love it. One call out, is that the app crashes quite a bit for me. My husband doesn't have this problem, but I do, consistently. Maybe it's user error, or maybe its due to me being the primary user? Not sure/
We are looking forward to having this washer for quite a while and are quite happy to hear there's a 20-year motor warranty with it. Overall, highly recommended. Enjoy!

Well.. dang!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery took a bit but man was it worth it! We have been nothing short of excited about our new washer. To start of, the fact that it is not just a plain white color it really makes it pop. And with the rose gold dials.. Pretty darn cool. But now let's talk about what everyone is actually here for.. the washer! Let's start saying that we are coming from a front loading washer so we are thrilled that we don't have to bend over to open the door and put the clothes in.. this thing is HUGE. and the tub is super deep, but not so bad that you feel like you may throw your back out just by loading it.
The different functions have been quite accurate for our liking (especially the delicate and the deep wash). The fact that it also have an auto sensing detergent dispenser, its a time saving beauty. You don't have to keep reloading it with detergent after every wash, just reload and forget.. forget until the nifty little app gives you a notification that is. The smart things app is paired nicely with this appliance. Not only does it alert you when you are running low of your detergent, but also gives you a heads up when your wash is complete and you can customize a wash to your own personal liking. One down side is that you cannot start the wash remotely, could've been a great win but we are not there yet.
We had a big concern with the fact that this was a top loader and we worried that we would bang the door shut every time and eventually damage the washer.. well that concern never existed. It has a soft-close lid so it automatically closes with a very slow and gentle speed that wouldn't hurt a fly (or the washer). We are looking forward to having this washer for quite a while and are quite happy to hear there's a 20-year motor warranty with it. Let the good times roll! (or go swish swash)

Huge washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is sooooo deep I love it. I was against the white washer but it is so beautiful to look at with the rose gold. This washer is can wash a big winter comforter which is AMAZING! The auto dispenser softener and detergent is also a plus. I currently have no complaints with the washer itself. I do have the Smart Things app with I use for other Samsung appliances and it’s AMAZING but the washer is having a hard time to connect to the app. I think my wifi is a bit out of range but I’m determined to get it to connect as I too love that app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is of a normal size but the capacity is huge! It can fit all my house 4 people bedding and towels on one wash cycle!
Its silent and no or minimum vibration, the automatic laundry detergent pulling is also a great feature to avoid back and forth with the measure cup.
The app is also an amazing feature and allows me to create a personalized cycle, monitor the cycle in progress and inform me on the energy consumption.
I would like if I could alter a standard cycle, for example the white or colors so not only me could send it from the app but my help didn’t need to do it, and I could have it set as standard - edited.
The self cleaning is a new function for me and it’s great when I have a cleaning from floor rugs, outdoors and want to wash my kids clothes after.

Sleek Washer with Smart Features

So far, my favorite is being able to use the SmartThings app to monitor the washer, and the Auto Dispenser System for the detergent and fabric softener. The Vibration Reduction Technology really makes a big difference with regards to noise - I can barely tell when the washer is running. This is the first top loading washer I have owned in a long time, and it has a very large capacity, large enough to wash several blankets in one load - and get them all very clean. I love the interior of the washer, it is so shiny and spacious. There are so many different settings to use for different loads, and the speed with which this washer finishes is amazing. I would highly recommend purchasing this washer along with the matching dryer.

Get your clothes and bedding clean the 1st time!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am LOVING my new Samsung Extra Large Capacity Washer! It has made laundry so much more efficient and simpler. I add my Detergent and fabric softner to the dispensers, adjust my dispense settings according to each load. I do not have to worry about using too much or not enough, it's always the perfect amount.
The drum size has been awesome! I can put in my queen size comfortable and get a deep clean and rinses clean with no leftover residue. For my clothes, they have never been cleaner. They come our bright and clean everytime. No second washing needle.
The smart features have been convenient with adjusting settings in between loads, checking time left in a cycle, letting me know when the cycle is finished, and I can also adjust for a quicker cycle midcycle all through my phone. The Smart things integration makes life easier!
The washer runs smooth, quiet and has been providing an easy and efficient way to do my laundy. I highly recommend this washer.

The autodispense detergent is life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So upon purchasing this washer I was not aware fully the lengths of what the autodispensing detergent is/was and what all it can do. It is a game changer. Gone are the days of your children dumping half the bottle into the washer. I filled the detergent dispenser with a full bottle of the pink stuff detergent which is about 25oz. There are multiple settings for laundy soap dispensing. 1x, 2x, 3x, so you select how concentrated your soap is and that determines how much to release. You can also opt to use less soap by selecting 1x. Most of us overpour soap so having the machine dispense on its own will likely reduce wastage and save a little money, or maybe squeeze and extra load or 2 out of the bottle. The basin itself is enormous. I was able to fit 1.5 laundry carts inside the machine. My previous front load I would have to wash my bedding in 2 loads, and then wash the comforter in a separate load, and because of the small capacity it didn't spin well. This basin held my entire sheet and coverlet set, plus blanket. It seemed to wash well without beocming unbalanced. The bin is very deep and challenging to get everything out of, so while my kids can easily load it, I have to unload or they have to use a chair. The kids could easily hop right into the basin. I am 5'5" and struggle to reach the bottom and have to stand on my tiptoes. I wouldn't recommend this for a some shorter or with physical disabilies because of how deep the basin is. I would highly recommend this for a large family because it will cut your wash time in half easily just by the capacity size. Normally laundry day takes over several days, I was able to wash so much in a short amount of time. The machines have a alrge capacity, but somehow take up far less space than my front loaders did and they clean much better. There is also a feature where you can turn the water on to like rinse soiled clothing so it can funciton like a laundry sink without actually having/needing a laundry sink. The machine integrates with the Samsung Smart Things app, and sends alerts to Smasung TV's when powered on. I get alerts when the cycle is compelte and can send wash "recipes" to the machine. I cannot start it remotely, I still have to power on the machine and press play, but that is pretty standard with Samsung smart appliance. The glass door is pretty lightweight, yet seems durable enough to set things on without fear of cracking.

Water Saving
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice deep tub which means we are doing fewer loads and saving water. It's very quiet. I really appreciate the notifications I get when loads are done, on my TV through the SmartThings APP. The only negative thing is that without a central agitator, my work clothes do not get as clean as they used to. As a tile setter, our old machine with an agitator in the middle beat the small bits of thinset off my clothes, this new machine thoroughly cleans my clothes but with no agitator, the thinset doesn't always come off. It's a trade off, this new machine is gentler on my clothes so I expect my work clothes will last longer but they will look more like work clothes.

Big and Beautiul
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my eyes on this washer for quite some time and was thrilled to be able to participate in this opportunity. This washer has the biggest wash tub in it that I could find in my endeavor to accommodate king sized bedding. This machine has such intuitive settings it was pretty easy to learn to use. It was super easy to add to my Samsung SmartThings App with the scan of a QR code. I was skeptical of the cleaning ability of a machine without a central agitator. This machine is gentler on my clothes but does not do the best job removing debris from my husband's work clothes. The old workhorse we had scrubbed those pants clean, I have been playing with the settings to see if I can get the perfect combination to help with this issue. I am confident we will find a solution. I love the tune the machine plays at the end of the cycle but what I really LOVE is the notification on my TV when it's time to switch the laundry since my laundry room is at the opposite side of my house.
