Does the job!
Samsung has created a beautiful and functional gas cooktop. It cleans up easily mostly with a damp cloth and buff dry. Or we also use SS wipes to really shine it up. A good choice of burners for different cooking needs. LOVE the real stainless steel knobs. No melting, etc. as with others we read about.

Great, Economical and Pretty!

Amazing quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this range is truly amazing. The solid grates fit seamlessly on top of the burners creating an amazing platform to cook on. The simply design allows for easy cleaning, all you have to do it remove the knobs and metal grates and wipe clean. We really like the ignite feature because it makes a clicking noise, alerting the user that gas is being emitted. The entire look of the burner elevates tour kitchen, it truly makes the kitchen look chef worthy.

Great Stovetop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently moved into a new home that had a 30 year old stovetop. It was old,dirty, and greasy with an outdated downdraft vent. I did not even want to boil water on it. Once we removed the old cooktop, which took over three hours, and cleaned the area well, installing this stove top was a breeze, taking no more than an hour.
I love to cook and now spend a lot more time in the kitchen again. The heat is well distributed and easy to adjust. My only criticism is that the grates are very heavy and a workout everytime I remove them. I love the center burner as it is the perfect spot for my 36 qt soup pot.
The stainless steel finish, as attractive as it may be, is not as easy to clean as the enamel finish on the stovetop n my previous home.

The stainless steel is very easy to clean.
The installation for was easy and straight forward
What I like about this stove top is. It has two large burner, two medium and one small unlike the other stove top which I saw were having two medium two small and only one large in the middle. The two large burners makes our life much easier as if we have to cook something fast and for a larger group it helps. And our family of 5 who can get their meals much faster
Overall I’m highly satisfied with this Samsung purchase.
I can say now my kitchen is all Samsung ( and also laundry )

Sometimes you just want a solid cooktop!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is something to be appreciated by a cooktop that sets out to do exactly what you want it to do and not push things too much further than that. This model has few frills, no spiffy lights or lit indicators around the nobs, no wifi and doesn't try and cook everything for me. No, instead what you get is all the quality you expect from a Samsung appliance in a form factor that is straightforward and pleasing to use. It's black stainless profile is foreboding at the far end of the kitchen, waiting to be brought to life at a moment's notice to sear the next steak or warm the prior evening's stew or soup. The variety of burners provide the flexibility to do all that and more.
We couldn't be happier with our new Samsung cooktop.

Cooking in Quarantine

I absolutely loved cooking my mom 3 meals a day with the ease of use and the overall feel of this cooktop. The grates weigh 10 lbs each and there are 3! It is heavy and stout looking. This cooktop gives me a 'professional' feel. I enjoy cooking a wide variety of foods and the 5 burners with various functions help my meals come together. The burners adjust very easily and quietly and provide plenty of heat when you want it. It seems the food is also cooked more evenly. This is a very well made product that I would highly recommend to anyone who loves to cook!

Works well for the money.
Have this for about 15 months. Using Barkeepers for stainless steel to clean but over time, some spills have become impossible to remove. Any recommendations on other acceptable safe cleaners? I have black stainless steel. The cooktop works well. Too bad the hortizontal piece on which the knobs sit become very hot when the stove is in use. Need to be careful. Despite manual specifying what size of pots/pans should be used on which burners, I've been able to have at least 3 large pots/pans all cooking at once.
