After a lot of research I found the Q80D a great balance of cost and performance. The picture is great and the features are awesome. I love all the smart features like app integration and the Samsung TV channels. I was able to combine the TV with a Samsung Soundbar to take advantage of the Q-Symphony which is amazing. I really love this setup.

Sound quality is ok. We use a Samsung sound bar but do not like that the TV won't default to the sound bar and that you have to connect it every time you turn the TV on. We love the remote feature on our phones too. It was easy to hang up and set up for all our streaming services was easy too.

The only challenge I have is that the remote control controlling other samsung tvs in the house. I currently have 4 samsung tvs and turning on or off sometimes affect the other tvs not in use or being used in another room in the house. I wish each remote is customized to each product. All in all I love my samsung products from tv,to soundbar,hoover , home theater and refrigerator. I am samsungnified.

This thing has completely upgraded how I watch movies, play games, and even enjoy sports. If you’re thinking about getting a big-screen TV, this one is totally worth it.
The picture quality is insane. Everything is super clear and detailed, and the colors really pop. The 4K resolution combined with the QLED tech makes everything look bright and sharp, even in darker scenes. Watching movies on this feels like I’m at a theater. The picture is so good I’ve been rewatching some of my favorite movies just to see them on this screen.
Gaming on this TV is next-level. The huge screen size makes everything more immersive, and it’s so smooth thanks to the fast refresh rate and low input lag. Whether I’m exploring open worlds or in the middle of an intense shooter, it feels incredibly responsive. Plus, it’s awesome to be able to see so much detail—I’ve caught things I never noticed before in games.
When it comes to sports, this TV shines. Watching football or basketball on this 85-inch screen is just awesome. The clarity and smooth motion make it feel like you’re right there in the stadium. My friends love coming over to watch games, and it definitely makes sports nights way more fun.
