The controls and the features are unbelievable! You can get quite a few different features, and apps loaded. I mostly keep dog tv and nick SpongeBob channel for my dogs! And when I watch a movie it's like being in a movie theater! Sports watching is almost like the real experience. Along with the sounds stems hooked up to the TV only enhance the TV experience!

I have had other smart tv brands in the past, but none compare to this Samsung. I fully recommend the QLED, especially if your budget is limited. This Samsung 65 inch was very price completive and with additional features I did not expect. Samsung even offered no interest payments which was a big plus. In summary, I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Last tv only lasted a couple years and ended up with multiple colored lines vertical in screen , costing almost as much as a new set to repair! Out of Warranty of course!! By a few months! Hopefully this set will not be another disappointment! If so I will have to go with another brand that does not have the quality of sound and clarity of this set! I don't mind paying for quality like this set but I want it to last a reasonable time as well! To expensive to be changing it out every couple years! So far this set as I said is GREAT! Would recommend it for anyone in the market for picture quality and sound quality!

Color, well,built, and sound just from the tv is.
I bought my Samsung 55"Neo QLED 4K a few mouths ago and I love. Color is amazing and the picture is sharp. I live all the functions it offers and the sound is nice for the tv but I did get a soundbar for it. The only thing I dont like is the soundbar I have to always connect in the settings everytime I watch tv I look it up and I just can't light it to stay on automatically when I cut on my TV. But overall the tv itself is a 10.
