Okay, so I need to tell you about our new TV. It’s the best thing that's happened to our family since, well, ever! I mean, I’m a stay-at-home mom, right? My world revolves around tiny humans, laundry, and endless snacks. So, you can imagine how excited I was to get something just for me.
This Samsung DU9000 is a dream come true! It's enormous, like, seriously, it takes up half the living room. But don’t worry, it’s worth it. The kids are obsessed with their cartoons on it. I mean, they’re glued! The picture is so clear and bright thanks to the Crystal Processor and PurColor, and it's like magic. And let me tell you, movie nights are a whole new level of awesome. My husband and I look forward to when the kids are asleep! The picture is so real, and you’re in the action.
But it’s not just about the picture. I love that it’s smart too. I can catch up on my shows while the kids are napping, and the kids can find their favorite cartoons with the super-easy Smart Hub. It’s like having a personal assistant, but way cooler.
I’m also obsessed with the Object Tracking Sound Lite. It makes it feel like the sound is coming from exactly where the action is on the screen. It's so cool!
This TV is a must-have if you’re a mom like me who needs a little escape from the chaos. It’s brought so much joy to our family, and I can’t imagine life without it. Trust me, your kids will thank you!

My husband and I loved that the setup was super quick and easy. We can't get over how great the picture quality. It's crisp and you literally feel like you're apart of what's on the screen. It's great for watching TV and playing video games... My son loves playing video games on the PlayStation and it's so much more realistic than previous TV's. Also, the built-in sound system is incredibly good! You get the sound effects of a movie theatre from the comfort of your own home. We can't wait to watch the Super Bowl on it. One thing that really surprisesld us was for the size of the TV it wasn't very heavy.

It's HUGE!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the Samsung DU9000 Crystal UHD 98" TV last week, I am still impressed by the size and great resolution, everything looks like real life, insane vivid colors and deep contrasts; connected to my Samsung sound bar wirelessly sounds better than the movies.
You definitely need 2 people to unpack and move this heavy oversized screen.
Setting the TV was a matter of minutes with the included solar powered remote control, connecting to my streaming apps was easy with each supplying a QR code to link to each account.
It was easy to connect my Bluetooth headphones to the TV for late night watching and my Samsung phone to stream maps and pictures also tried the DeX features of my phone on the screen.

Amazing tv!

All I did was plug in my PS5 and soundbar, and the TV automatically recognized them and even programmed the remote control for me. The TV walked me through everything, making it quick and easy. I've never had a tv where setup was this easy.
I was very impressed with the Samsung smart TV interface. It is much improved from previous versions. I can search for any movie or show, and the TV will actually tell me what streaming platforms it is available to watch on and even the IMDb rating. It is easy to navigate, fast, and responsive. They make it very easy to log into all my apps and services.
I also love that SmartThings is integrated, so I can control all of my smart home devices right from the TV and even view my doorbell camera. The TV also has Alexa, and I can speak right into the remote. There are so many more features, like screen mirroring my phone and computer, game hub, and Samsung TV Plus.
The tv is massive and the picture is incredible. The 4k HDR looks awesome, and everything looks crisp and clear, even at such a huge size. The 4k upscaling makes everything look amazing. I watched some intense action scenes in a movie, and the TV performed beautifully. I even watched an old 80s movie and it looked so amazing upscaled it was like watching it in a whole new light. The remote control is really nice too. It is not overloaded with buttons and it’s very enjoyable to use.
Another really cool feature is the game mode. My husband plays first-person shooters on the PS5, and we we enabled the TV's ability to play at 120hz, and he is amazed by the difference. In his very first round, he beat his all-time high score using the 120hz and settings in the game bar. He said the game is super immersive and more responsive than ever using this tv. He is so excited about this and it is probably his favorite feature.
Overall, we could not be happier with this television. It has so many bells and whistles, and I find something new every time I use it.

Great after I figured out my Roku was the issue.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Matte finish keeps the glare down and it looks nice on the wall. Picture quality is good and once I turned off the picture enhancements the shows don't have the dreamy PBS look to them.
The issue the Roku was causing almost made me lose my mind. Luckily my wife noticed the on/off button issue in some forums, and it was also the cause of the weird sound delay and sound loss problems. Unplugged the Roku from the TV and everything worked again. Bizarre that the Roku could bring this TV to its knees, but hopefully Roku gets it figured out because I like using their boxes.
