Epic Superb Fantactic Unit!
After my LG all in one with pedestal washer i purchased in 2020 kept giving me service issues which was still under warranty with PC Richards so they declared it unrepairable and credited me what I originally paid for the unit plus the tax so I had already been looking for another replacement and between the new LG, GE ultra wash and the samsung it was a no brainer for me & my samsung bespoke or as I like to call it the godzilla of all in one combo units because it is BIG (especially with the pedestal which I must recommend! I'll explain why)well city arrived this week and so far it's been nothing short of epic. The setup was very easy after you pair it via wifi and choose your avatar, it walks you through the setup and yes it will recommend you do a calibration before your 1st use which was quick just make sure your unit is resting on solid ground which I removed the foam floor tiles in my garage where this was being installed. The unit is massive inside so do yourself a favor and MEASURE to be certain you will have room to open the units door or even your own door without this machine being in your way & possibly forcing you to turn it sideways like I've seen some reviewers have to do I there youtume videos. Now I'll get to why I strongly recommend the pedestal, aside from the compartment space it provides to store various sizes of liquid detergents etc in, the 2 most important reasons why it's a must are the following. 1) the liquid detergent compart.ents. as you may already know with this unit you have the absolute ease of filling these to containers with your liquid detergents , specially detergents or fabric softner. The comartment on the left is your laundry detergent while the FLEX compartment on the right you can use for your specially detergent ( i put Woolite dark in the flex as I don't use fabric softner, I typically use the wool balls to substitute any softners) now without this unit sitting on the pedestal this compartment is directly at the floor level so you will be bending or squatting downto take them out and replacing them. 2) behind both of these compartments is the manual drain. Now I watched a video on YouTube and the male was showing how he drains the unit by using this manual option and he had no pedestal, he was literally laying on the ground and had the small drain hose extended as he was draining the water into this small blue dish & having to get upmto empty and repeat the process until he was done. No! Had the unit been resting on a pedestal the compartment sits up substantially higher making it much easier to do both of these feats so please keep this in mind that spending the $300 on the pedestal is gonna be worth it especially for your back. Now when washing clothes its a new experience because this unit has so many options and features ro name but i will name a few. The display screen keeps younup to date with everything thing , besides showing you the duration of time & status of your wash load it shows you the detergeant compartment levels, it does a countdown starting at 40 and keeps you informed as to when it's time to do a self clean. You have the option to have the drum door open after ever cycle is completed so thst air can get inside the unit to assist with drying & preventing mold. I've done a load with 3 uniform shirts, 6 pairs of socks 2 pair of bdu work pants ( these are typically a cargo style pant that law enforcement, em's, first responders will wear) a round 6 pairs of boxer briefs & 4 t shirts, I choose the AI setting and the unit said it would take somewhere in the number of 4 hours to was and dry but I stopped the dryer with 2 hr 17 minurs just to see how damp the clothes were and to my surprise they were totally dry. Now the fact that I had placed 4 wool dryer balls inside could have definitely assisted in this drying pricess ( for thise that maybe unaware, dryer balls are wool & have no scent and are an excellent option if you don't like using fabric softner + they draw moisture making your clothes dry faster) either way I wasn't expecting this to be the case. Another thst got my attention was thst when the drying process stopped the display screen shows a message that its spraying down the coils before the drying process starts. I aslo watched a video on YouTube by Ben's appliance where he stripped down this washer and said that between the GE ultra was, LG & this washer that the Samsung from what he could see had the best water cleaning setup on the coils which was another factor that helped me with my decision on this unit. Now when you connect this to your smart things app is when you realize that samsung is stepping on LG & GE'a necks with their tech because you can not only watch the progress of a current load but you can pause or even change the washing option and send it to the washer via your cell phone & the init will begin the process. You get notified when the cycle is finished as well as see what stepnyour load is currently in. But there's more like connecting your phone via Bluetooth and taking calls from the washing machine, checking the weather ( yes there's a weather app on here, listen to music via Spotify or watch youtume on the display 😆. And in case I forgot to mention this thing is BIG especially with the pedestal. Some of the other features I I need to mention are things like the ability to detect inform you to clean the laundry contsiners to prevent any build up of detergeant and this unit has to self cleaning options, 1 for keeping the stainless steel from fresh & one that involves heating the drum to rid the drum of any moisture and preventing mold etc. There's also bixby so you can talk to the washing machine though I would rather have google assistant buy hey if you can say " hey alexa or hey google what's one more name gonna fo right? All in all you will absolutely love this machine. I know i so.
P.S you are likely to see 2 reviews from me on this unit and that's because the 1st review was from the pc richard & son app and when trying to add a pic i took of my unit my phone detected an issue with there app as to the reason why overtime I attempted to load the pic their app would kick me out so I'm trying on by using desktop mode. Lastly there is a faint plastic type smell that was inside this units from and I vaguely smelled it on the clothing I had washed on the 2st attempt but it wasn't strong and I couldn't smell it on my clothes anymore or inside the drum. There's many more features, too many to explain on here but i will be putting a video up on my YouTube channel possibly this weekend. Stay safe everyone & i hope this review answers some questions

Game Changer
We are a Samsung appliance family. Our top-load decided it was time to retire, and the bespoke was the right price at the right time. We have been very happy to add this new selection to our Samsung collection. It is heavy duty, does what we need it to do, and I am filled with joy that I can do other things without having to go change my laundry from wash to dry. This idea was brilliant. We couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely love this machine
We were renovating our bathroom and needed a more space-saving washer-dryer. Initially, Samsung wasn’t my first choice, as I’d heard some negative stories about their appliances, and I didn’t even realize they made an all-in-one unit. I started by researching their competitors to see how well they performed, especially on drying. That’s when I discovered Samsung's model, which was actually ranked best for how dry the clothes come out. The only downside I’ve noticed is that some cycles take a while; for instance, my comforter cycle took five hours. Only time will tell regarding its longevity, but so far, it’s been a fantastic machine

It simply works and with large capacity

- the washing capacity is huge - I can almost use double the load
- the dryer dries clothes really well
- I like the detergent and softner tanks so that I load it only once a month
- the most improtant - load the machine and night and clothes ready in morning - no need to transfer clothes - this is huge with larger family.

Skeptical but pleasantly surprised
I was a skeptic when it came to 2 in 1 combo based on my experience with European appliances when I lived in Spain for 2 years. I always had to rack dry even after the drying cycle. That was a decade ago so I figured that technology has advanced since then and decided to give this a try. I waited until I've put it through its paces to write this review.
I absolutely love the convenience of set it and forget it and how the super speed cycle gets me from dirty clothes to dry and warm clothes in less than 2 hours. I couldn't do that with my old stand alone washer and dryer! Since having this thing, I've done several loads of heavy jeans, t shirts, sheets, towels, and even a queen sized quilt filled with wool. The quilt did take 6 hrs so I ran it over night but the sheets and towels took about 2.5 hrs each. Everything always came out warm and dry. With my stand alone dryer, I used to get wet spots on the quilt and super hot edges but not with this combo!
I'm so glad I got this instead of another stand alone set!

Love love… I’m totally in love!!
I bought this about 3 weeks ago and it’s simplified my life!! I work at home virtually so it’s easy for me to throw in a load of clothes and they are washed and dried on my breaks! I have gone from doing laundry all day to a small load every day or every other day! NO MORE WEEKEND LAUNDRY DAYS!!! Totally frees up my weekend tired to a washer and dryer! No more forgetting about a load in the washer either and having to rewash!!! It’s all done in one shot. I don’t have any issues with times as I know some loads will take longer depending on the need of that load. I’ve heard negative things to that manner but it’s all in how you set it!! 🥰 PLUS I have extra space in my laundry room with the dryer gone now!!

Great features!
I bought this a month ago and love it! First of all it doesn’t need a dryer vent so forget having to clean that again. It plugs into a regular outlet (that should be on its own breaker I believe). It has two big automatic dispensers for detergents or fabric softener. You have the option of turning that off and using a little silicone pod that you add to the machine itself for special detergent for one off loads. Such as baby detergent. You can program your own loads using the smart things app. By creating your own cycles you save time not having to select all the different washing options such as bubble soak or extra rinse. Now for how long it takes to do your laundry. Yes the drying takes longer but if you have ever forgotten to switch your laundry to the dryer and had to rewash this is a huge time and energy saver! I only do mediumish sized loads and my clothes have been all dry when the cycle is done. I would say it takes double the time to dry but I have only used regular dry and that includes the cool down cycle. My old dryer did it in 20 minutes but at a super high temp and did not cool down. I did wash a California King light blanket and it fit just fine. I also like the lint filter that it’s easy to reach. It is a little more difficult to clean then the old dryer but it’s easier to reach and I don’t have to clean the dryer vent anymore ever again. My clothes come out smelling clean! You also have the option of the door popping open at the end of the cycle so moist air can escape. Reminds me of the Samsung dishwasher. I think you can also link your Ring camera to it - working on that! also love that this takes half the space of using a washer and dryer! If you would miss running a wash while you dry I guess you could buy two!

Very Pleased

We heard rumors that the wash would come out damp but this is not the case for us. Every load came out completely dry and warm just like a traditional dryer. We especially like the minimal energy consumption, no 220V required only 110V. Very pleased with the saved space and effeciency of this washer/dryer.

Great product for the family
I bought this about 6 months ago and I couldn't be happier. Not having to worry detergent and fabric softener every load or changing from washer to dryer is the best thing for me and my family all the kids have to do is load and hit start. And it fits everything. Sometimes the bigger loads or huge king blankets feel a bit damp but we don't use extra dry mode and after they are out of the machine and folded they aren't damp anymore. But the ventless feature is great as well can place whereever there is a waterline without worry about ventilation to the outside.

What does ventless mean?
It means that there is no exhaust on the rear of this or any Ventless combo washer that has to have a connection to a vent to release heat while drying. It using a hydronic system where is uses water olong with a heat pump to produce heat for drying purposes eliminating the need for any venting.
