Space and time saver- works great!
We are short on space and high on energy/water bills so this seemed like a good solution. I was hesitant to purchase because there are warnings online that 2-in-1 machines don’t fully dry clothes well, but after having this for almost 2 months, I can say we’re very happy with the drying. There was only one load that didn’t fully dry and it’s because some sleeves all got tangled up in each other. I loosened that and added a bit more time and they were fine. The main things I love about this machine are: 1. no transfer from washer to dryer 2. you can track progress on your phone and 3. Automatic detergent dispensing so you never have to measure out detergent. I will say normal cycles do take a couple hours to wash/dry and not the quick 98 minutes it advertises but smaller loads might be close to that time. The length of time hasn’t been a huge issue for us since you can start it and forget it until it’s dry and done. While I can’t speak on long term ownership yet, from what I’ve experienced so far, I definitely recommend this product even if you are not space limited like us! (p.s. installation did come with hoses unlike some things we read online)

Everyone needs a Bespoke AI Laundry Combo unit!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our replacement this week January 15th, 2025. We were able to continue using The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo while we received our replacement.
Filling the cartridge makes doing laundry easy. Cleaning the lint after each wash is a little tedious, nonetheless a with Swifter Duster that has replacement pads makes it easy to clean. Keeping up with maintenance while using this unit will surely make this amazing laundry combo last for years to come. Updates will be posted after a year of use. January 15, 2026.

It holds enough detergent for many loads of clothes! No need to add it each time you wash. I also love love love the fact that it this combo doesn't require time changing over clothes to dry. You literally choose the cycle and place the clothes inside, it does everything! I also love the automatic door open at the end of the cycle. This Washer/dryer combo is the best purchase I've made on appliance selection! I highly recommend!

The cycles are fully programmable in terms of choosing water temp etc…Only thing I noticed was that there is no pause before drying if you want to take something out. But you can do a wash cycle only and the dry. Recommend getting the drawer, puts it at a good height.

AMAZING. Perfect wash and dry consistantly.
I waited 6 months before doing this review. This unit replace a 10-year-old stacking set, another brand. This combo unit is simply WOW. I can’t imagine any other unit better than this one. I did my research and decided to get it. No more changing laundry from washer to dryer. It does an EXCELLENT job with both washing and drying. I particularly like the detergent automatic dispense too. The controls and wash options could not be any easier. It is all done via the touch screen. The self-cleaning function is a breeze too. The unit lets you know when to do this. As far as some complaints I’ve read – READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. People see the huge drum and fill it; it is no wonder they are having drying issues. Every load we do comes out fresh and dry. Again, read the instructions. A dryer drum is always bigger than a washing machine drum, overloading is clearly the problem. Reason for larger dryer drum: Clothes expand when wet and require more space to dry properly. No vent and no 220v is also a huge plus. If your on the fence, just get it, you wont have any regrets.

Rare Combo of Large Capacity, Ventless, Reg Outlet
I bought this machine because it met of three specific needs: it's capacity is large enough to wash a king size comforter, it's ventless and it plugs into a standard outlet. It was a rocky start with the computer motherboard needing replacement after only a few loads. But Samsung handled it quickly and without charge. Since then, I've been delighted with the unit. I can put an extra large load in, press a button and walk away until it's done. You do have to get used to a longer completion time but it's worth the reduced hassle. Just make sure to clean out the double vent after every use and respond to detergent refill and auto clean prompts and you'll be good to go.

In my earlier separate washer and dryer, I used to forget moving clothes from washer to dryer ending up washing twice. Don't have to worry about that anymore. Also, don't need to worry about detergent soap, softener and bleach as the auto dispense now. I have a relatively small laundry room and it's a huge space saver as well.

AIO Makes Laundry So Much Easier
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d researched AIO units for a while, they each have their pros and cons but I’m glad I went with this one. I wanted an AIO to enable us to simplify the laundry process and save some space in the laundry room. I share an apartment with two grown sons, and it had been a challenge getting laundry done as they’d forget to move it, which backed up everyone. Now I can see whenever someone’s doing laundry, they can get an alert when it’s done, and I also get an alert so I know when I can use the machine. I’m also no longer tethered to the house waiting to move the laundry into a dryer, which makes it more flexible on when I can do laundry. It’s done a great job of cleaning and drying so far; nothing has been damp but it’s also not overly dry. The app has been working really well, especially since I have other Smart Things devices already- there are some features I’d like to see them add (like set a time to start, not just when you want it to end) but that’s the beauty of software; new features could probably be added based on user feedback. The delivery was fantastic as well. My only nitpicks so far are that it does stick out a few inches more than I’d like due to the way the hoses are attached (which shouldn’t be an issue for most people) and I wish the inner/onboard lint filter was easier to see to make sure nothing got past the normal lint filters. I do recommend if you get this to watch some videos to see how to clean the detergent filters and other maintenance tasks.

What does ventless mean?
It means that there is no exhaust on the rear of this or any Ventless combo washer that has to have a connection to a vent to release heat while drying. It using a hydronic system where is uses water olong with a heat pump to produce heat for drying purposes eliminating the need for any venting.
