Nice set of features!
Just received new stove and have found out that the pans I thought would work on it, will not. Check your pans prior to buying.

Modern and energy efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung induction range has exceeded my expectations. I currently switched from an electric glass top and decided against gas for numerous reasons. This range has such a sleek look to it and blends nicely into my kitchen without looking bulky and messy. The flat top is so easy to keep clean which keeps my room looking tidy at all times. The aesthetic appeal of the ambient lighting is a really nice touch and actually comes in three different settings (cool, warm, natural). This appliance has given my kitchen a very modern makeover.
Cooking on this flat top is amazing compared to my old electric stove. I timed the cooking of eggs and it came to 3 minutes and 10 seconds from the time I turned on the burner to the time the eggs were done. I am so impressed with how fast the pan can heat up. I think this may even be faster than my mom's gas stove and this is also more energy efficient. The burners do not feel hot unless you have a pan directly on top which is a nice safety feature for young kids and pets. Baking with this convection oven also cooks faster than a traditional electric oven and my food gets a crispier finish than I have had in the past. The additional air fryer mode is wonderful as well and frees up the need for an extra appliance cluttering up my counter. The tray divider in the oven is very easy to remove when you need the full capacity for baking. I have not had to clean this yet but the steam self cleaner will make it easier to keep nice without having to scrub it by hand.
The smart features of this appliance have become an excellent tool while cooking. I have many smart devices in my home and I was easily able to add this to my SmartThings app to help life run just a little smoother. I wasn't sure how much I would need this but it has been very helpful when I get sidetracked while cooking. I tend to run laundry or do other chores while my oven is on so the reminder on my phone helps me a bunch. The controls are easy to use and stay hidden while the stove is off. This is just another great feature that keeps the appliance so streamlined and sharp looking.
Overall this Samsung induction range has impressed my family and neighbors. The features go above and beyond compared to the others I have used in the past and I'm so happy with my decision to purchase this model.

Superstar Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy cooking again after years of using electric cooktops. This unit is extremely streamlined and the cooking surface has a durable coating that allows for easy cleanup. The first cook was a grilled cheese sandwich, an easy test. From start to finish, with a crispy, melty, sandwich - under 2 minutes! The pans do all of the work. This range's amazing ability to cook evenly, and quickly is a true culinary dream - there's a boost mode for bringing pasta water to a boil in 1/4 of the time of a conventional electric range.
Let's get to this gem of a dual oven... There is an included air frying tray that has now replaced my counter-top air fryer unit. First up on that were chicken nuggets - in the same time, it allowed them to get super crispy and they weren't all bunched up and there was no need to pause cooking to shake the basket. If you take out the oven divider, this signals the oven to expand it's cooking types to some truly interesting professional methods. I will need to read up on some of those, like Convection+ for my next roast.
Cleanup of the flat surfaces is a breeze.
There is one thing that keeps this from dream range and that is there is no way to start a cook timer like most other items, it may be that I have not how to do that, but short of that, this might be the best, fastest, feature filled range I've ever cooked on. Do not let induction scare you away. It is fast, clean, and highly efficient!

Cooking to a new level
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received my Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range and it has absolutely elevated my daily cooking! The first thing I noticed was the flex duo front door, the top half having an air fry function has given me back so much counter space alone it’s wonderful! Being able to do an entire meal using only one appliance has made cleanup a breeze as well. The ambient lighting feature makes my kitchen more lit at night and overall just gives a more elegant look, my only complaint being that it took me some time to figure out how to get the lighting on. The samsung app for my phone has also been a huge help, being able to control my phone from a distance is great for when i’m multitasking but has also given me the peace of mind that i’ll never accidentally leave my oven on again! Overall the heat-up time is incredibly quick and has cut my cooking time down drastically and made my temperatures on the range much more accurate! Highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t mind losing a burner on the top but wants faster, more accurate heating!

Love My Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted to switch from my gas range to an induction range for quite some time and this range has not disappointed me. Just remembered that you need cookware that has a bottom that a magnet will stick to in order for the induction to work properly. I love the cleanliness of cooking without the gas fumes. It took a little trial and error to get the stove top cooking dialed in to get the proper heat levels but after that it has been super simple.
I love the Bespoke look which matches my refrigerator and makes my kitchen look more modern. There are digital controls that are easy to get to on the top of the range that make cooking adjustments simple. I have made a few things using the double oven setup and have been happy with the results. Everything was cooked evenly and it was easy to use. There are also two lights inside so you can see both areas even with the divider in. The top is easy to clean and I really like how it has a matte finish and not the glass look. The range has so many cooking options that it will take me a while to even get to sample every one but everything I have done so far has been very well received. The range also has the ability to be controlled and monitored through the Samsung SmartThings app. It was really easy to set up and now I can get a lot of information about what my range is doing. I recommend this range to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen.

Even Cooking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very impressed with this induction range. I have to say that the transition from a gas range took some time to get used to but it was fairly painless. Overall the stove top produces even heat throughout the pan or pot and the oven cooks evenly. The digital controls make consistency easy. Not to mention, the overall look of the range is quite elegant.
As for features, the digital controls are simple to use. Located right on the top at the front of the stove top, both stove and oven are controlled with a simple touch. The stove has simple 0 - 9 heat levels to choose from. It also features a Boost mode that greatly shortens the time to boil water (though not long without it). The stove top itself has a matte finish which is stylish and really easy to clean.
The oven has cooked very evenly so far, even when split into the double oven to bake two items at different temperatures. There are plenty of baking options to choose from. My preferred method is Convection Bake which works great in just about every situation.
Hooking it up to the SmartThings app was easy and the range was online in a matter of minutes, with notifications sent right to my phone about cooking status.

Excellent Oven so far...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range with Flex Duo & Ambient Edge Lighting has been a great addition to my kitchen, combining style with an array of useful features that have enhanced my cooking experience. The induction stove top has a bit of a learning curve as it seems to heat up a bit faster than a normal electric range. That's not a bad thing, just something to be aware of. Also, make sure you have compatible cookware. The oven will tell you if you try to use an incompatible pot or pan. The dual oven works great and seems to heat up quickly. The automatic timer works well and even gives you an option to add 5 more minutes. So far it has been great and there is more I can probably do with the app. I've only had it a week, so I can really only give it 4 stars with the possibility of a fifth as I have more time to try more features and make more dishes.
So I have been using my stove more over the past couple of weeks and I am very impressed. It seems as though this stove heats faster than a conventional stove top/oven and the app makes it easy to start preheating during meal prep. The app also makes it easy to adjust cook time if needed. The presets for the oven works great and the "keep warm" setting is perfect for keeping everything warm while I finish preparing side dishes.

So many features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range (NSI6DG9550SRAA). It boils water quickly, which is perfect for busy nights. The Flex Duo™ oven is a game-changer, allowing me to cook two dishes at different temperatures simultaneously—ideal for large meals. The Air Sous Vide and Air Fry features offer precise, healthy cooking without oil.
I also appreciate the ability to control the oven via my smartphone using SmartThings, making preheating and adjusting settings on the go incredibly convenient. Voice control with Alexa and Google Assistant adds to the ease of use.
The Ambient Edge Lighting enhances the kitchen’s aesthetics, and the induction cooktop is sleek, durable, and scratch-resistant. The food, especially the ribs, has been incredible—juicy, tender, and evenly cooked.
For anyone who loves to cook, this range delivers high performance, innovation, and elegance.
I am remodeling my kitchen right now, but I can imagine how great it will look with my new cabinets and after my floor is installed. I’m excited.

A Stylish and Innovative Induction Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range as part of my kitchen renovation and am thrilled with the experience. The first thing that caught my eye was the stunning design. Everything is controlled through an LCD display. The absence of knobs gives it a sleek, modern appearance that elevates the look of my kitchen. The ambient edge lighting provides a visual cue when the cooktop is on and can even be customized for a great touch of ambiance in the kitchen when the range isn’t in use.
It’s not just a beautiful appliance, though; it’s packed with features that make life easier. With the Flex Duo, I can easily turn my one oven I to two. Being able to divide the oven into two sections with different temperatures has been so incredibly convenient. The induction cooktop is fast and powerful which makes cooking a lot quicker. When the cooking is finished, cleaning up is a breeze thanks to the anti-scratch matte glass cooktop and fingerprint resistant finish.
Samsung’s SmartThings integration has been a great bonus. I can preheat my oven, manage settings, and even get recipe suggestions right from my phone!
The Samsung Bespoke Smart Induction Range has exactly the design, innovation, and impressive performance that I was looking for to upgrade to a smarter, more stylish kitchen. I highly recommend!

Now I REALLY like this...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW WOW WOW! This thing is PREEEEETY!!! At first, I wasn't sure if I needed to peel back the matte covering or if it was part of the cooktop. LUCKILY, I didn't try to peel it off. I downloaded the Smart Things app and it's so cool that I can preheat my oven without going into the kitchen. I can set my ambient lights on the range too via the app. I have a built-in air fryer and a Sous-vide?? I can't wait to try them both. I saw a video of someone boiling water in 30 seconds. So, I had to give it a try... Unfortunately, I need a flat bottom pot. All mine are curved. :-( Since I just got the range, I haven't had the need to try the Steam Clean feature yet.
Anyway, I do have some flat bottom pans, and the cook is super-fast and even.
I am still getting used to the controls, but I'm confident I'll master that in no time.
Seems like Samsung has thought of everything with this one. THANKS!

Amazing Range!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our range for a week and I’m loving it. First, it’s gorgeous; it looks so clean and I love the look of the ambient light bar when that’s on. The control panel is intuitive and I like that you need to long press the power buttons. We have cats and the need to long press means their paws don’t activate the stove/oven. It also means the power doesn’t come on when I clean it. We haven’t needed the true lockout feature at all. The cooktop heats quickly and boost mode gets water boiling in no time! The surface is easy to clean and doesn’t show finger-/pawprints. The oven is incredible. I’ve used it multiple times in both single and twin modes and have had consistent bakes each time. The oven comes with 2 racks: 1 slider, 1 regular. This is our 1st time with a slider and I really like it. We bought an extra regular rack but I’m guessing most folks would be fine with just the two racks. I do have a few suggested improvements which could potentially be handled as software updates:
Timer: The controls include hourglass and clock icons but neither is a stand-alone timer. The hourglass is a timer but can only be used when the cooktop is being used. The clock is for “cook time” and can only be used when the oven is being used. There is a stand-alone timer, but you need to go through settings and menu options to get to it. I’d like a stand-alone timer option via either the hourglass icon or the clock icon.
Cook Time: The clock icon in the oven controls is for cook time. When you set it, you need to set what you want the oven to do when the time is up: turn off, stay on, or keep warm. I would like to be able to set that as a default so I don’t have to arrow over to select for the oven to stay on each time.
Sounds: The sound options are all or nothing. I don’t want to hear beeps when I press the control buttons, but turning off the sounds means we don’t get audible alerts when the oven is done preheating or when the cook time is up. There should be a way to differentiate between which sounds are used.
Ambient Light Bar: I would love it if there was a way to have the ambient light turn on/off at set times regardless of the on/off status of the stove/oven. The light is lovely, and I’d like to be able to have it automatically come on at sunset and then turn off at 10 or 11 pm.
None of these suggestions are show stoppers, just minor nits that I think would push this to the next level of 5+ stars. I’m very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it!

All the bells and whistles and more!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my samsung range for just over a week now and I don’t know how I went so long with my old oven, this thing does it all! Everything heats up so much faster and the air fryer / flex duo component makes it much more versatile than anything else i’ve ever owned. Incredibly stylish along with all the bells and whistles you could ask for! Being able to control it from the SmartThings app has made it even easier to make sure I don’t accidentally leave anything on, I highly recommend downloading it.
This oven really does it all, while looking amazing in the process. From the ambient lighting feature that you can control from the SmartThings app, to the precise heat control this thing is worth every penny. It takes a bit to get used to but the safety features on the cook top when you remove a pan are great for forgetful cooks! It’s also super easy to clean with the self and steam clean setting so no more scrubbing and tinfoil. The anti-scratch top in the matte black make cleaning seamless and looks incredible compared to my old scratched up glass top. I’m still learning all the new features through the app but it feels like there’s nothing this oven can’t do.

Great Overall Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooktop: The matte, non-scratch range glass is easier to keep looking clean and new compared to regular glass top ranges. Induction elements heat up very quickly and can boil water in less than two minutes, using the boost feature. And you can instantly stop it from boiling by pressing the pause button. Performance has been great so far. Control screen will identify when elements are still hot. Induction noise is minimal.
Controls: Built-in touch controls, for both the range and oven, light up sufficiently and are easy to understand and use. Some menu items are a bit more buried in sub menus than they should be. I like that the controls automatically go into lock-out mode so when my cats walk across the controls, they don't turn on the cooktop or oven.
Ambient Edge Lighting: Nice addition to the range. Can be set up to always be on or can pulsate to identify range in use. Recommend software setting update to allow the lighting to turn on automatically at night and off during the day. Color of light can be adjusted in the app.
Oven: Like that it still has a handle to be able to hang dish towel on it. A lot of new ovens don't have handles anymore. Baking performance has been excellent so far baking different breads and pizza. The ability of using Flex Duo feature and double doors provides options for oven use over standard single ovens. The gliding/sliding rack is another nice addition that most ovens don’t come with. I have not used the air fryer or air sous vide functions yet.
SmartThings App: Allows you to control both the cooktop and oven. You must select the control button on the cooktop screen before it allows you to control the range. App makes setting timers and adjusting Ambient Edge lighting easier than using cooktop screen. App also sends notifications to phone and smart watch when oven is preheated and cooking time is finished. App allows you to add/remove what modes display on the control panel.
Definitely recommend this range. Overall, a great performing range with the right number of features and ease of use.

Nice Double Oven, Great Cooktop, Mediocre Details
I received compensation for this review but the review is my own.
First the PROS:
1) We love the look of it and the double oven feature is super. Years ago we had a different range with two ovens this similar size (not with "flex", just permanently divided). Having the small upper oven on the prior range was awesome and I'm guessing it will be with this one as well. So often the things we bake fit into a smaller space; takes less time to pre-heat and uses less energy compared to using the big oven The Flex feature seems cool but time will tell how often we take out the divider.
2) The controls are intuitive and easy to use. I liked the look of the one with the knobs but my wife preferred this one with no knobs. She was right, it looks great and will be easier to clean than knobs.
3) Glide drawer with ball bearings. Awesome for heavy/awkward items. More safe too.
4) The arrangement of the induction elements is thoughtfully arranged for people who actually cook.
5) The induction burners are super powerful. We've been using one of those counter top induction cooktop plates for years. We thought our counter top thing rocked (faster than our gas stove) but this unit blows it away in terms of power and speed.
6) Looks great!
Next the CONS:
1) Fit and finish seem a little mediocre. Like for example the drawer at the bottom isn't on gliders with bearings or any gliders at all. Just the sheet metal lip hooks over two small black plastic (nylon?) pieces in front and that' what it "slides" in and out on. Another example is that the top door of the oven doesn't open to a full horizontal. So when you pull out the glide drawer it bumps into the door part way through it's glide.
Lastly, it's got all this WIFI and smart app stuff. We likely will not use the "Smart" features and not even hook it up to our WIFI so cannot comment on those features.

Great stove
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my new stove and it is beautiful. Unfortunately, I did not realize it was an induction stove until I received it, due to my own fault of not reading the description properly. I have never used an induction stove, fortunately my pots and pans do work on it. I would prefer to have two large burners versus one large and three small ones. Making pasta and sauce for a crowd is challenging. The stove does take some getting used to. The touchtone buttons definitely need some getting used to you. You need to hold the button down for a few seconds before it registers. I would prefer knobs. It is quite precise and cooks very quickly. The stove top is very easy to clean. I love that I can just wipe it down and doesn’t leave any mess and always looks neat. The ambient lighting doesn’t do anything for me. The dual oven is wonderful for cooking different items at the same time but I would prefer two separate doors for the oven. I love the air fryer feature, that is very handy. I have not had an opportunity to test out the sous vide feature. It is a convection oven, some thing that I am not used to as well, so it does cook things faster than what most recipes cooking times suggest. I have a bit of a learning curve to and getting used to this stove. My husband absolutely loves it, which he is difficult to please. I am getting used to it but so far I’m very impressed with with it

Flexible Cooking with a Sleek Look
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded my kitchen with the Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range with Flex Duo & Ambient Edge Lighting, and it has quickly become the star of my cooking space. From its sleek design to its innovative features, this induction stove brings both style and functionality to the table.
One of my favorite features is how evenly the oven heats. The Flex Duo system is a game changer, allowing me to cook two different dishes at two separate temperatures or to use the entire oven space for larger meals. This flexibility makes meal prep much more efficient, especially when entertaining or juggling multiple dishes.
The cooktop, made from anti-scratch matte glass, feels incredibly premium. It’s easy to clean and always looks pristine, which is a big plus for me since I enjoy keeping my kitchen looking neat. And speaking of cooking, the induction feature on the cooktop is phenomenal. It heats up incredibly fast and evenly, making cooking not just quicker but more enjoyable. Whether I’m searing or simmering, the induction cooktop is precise and responsive.
I also tried out the air-fry feature, and while it works well for larger batches, I don't think I'll use it as much since I usually air-fry smaller portions. But for someone who regularly cooks in larger quantities, this could be a fantastic addition. Another highlight is the SmartThings app, which has genuinely made life easier. I love that I can send pre-heating instructions from my phone and receive notifications, making it a perfect tool for a busy household.
Aesthetically, the range is stunning. Its clean, modern look fits seamlessly into my kitchen decor, and it definitely gives off a premium vibe. The ambient edge lighting is a nice touch, but I’ve noticed it’s hard to see when the kitchen lights are on, so it’s not the most practical indicator for whether the burners are in use. Still, it adds a modern feel that enhances the overall design.
Though I haven’t had a chance to use the steam clean feature yet, I’m excited to try it out. It's a convenient option for maintaining a spotless oven without much hassle. With all these advanced features, it's clear that this range was designed with busy cooks in mind.
The only downside to the Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range is the price, which is on the higher end. However, if you’re able to snag it during a sale, it's well worth the investment for everything it brings to the table.
Overall, I highly recoommend this oven!

Induction Is The Future!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm fortunate to have owned the previous Flex Duo induction model that Samsung produced, so I was very excited to get the new model to compare.
First, the good: Induction cooking is just amazing in general. It's so much better than gas, and the very slight extra power boost in this model vs. the previous one makes boiling water even more insanely quick. The price is also quite a bit cheaper than the outgoing model (likely because of COVID-19 supply issues back then), so that is a plus. Flex Duo option is great, but just keep in mind the temps between the bays cannot be wildly different because of the design.
The new top is AMAZING. It's a matte finish and appears much more durable than their previous glass-top version. As induction can work through many thin materials, this was a very smart design change and just looks so sharp while being extremely easy to clean. Air fry works just as well as before, and the new air sous vide is interesting, although it's not going to be as accurate as a water bath version. Still, it's a nice option. Convection in both chambers is a rarity in similar models, so it is nice to see Samsung include it.
Okay, now the not-so-good: The biggest con to me is the elimination of the temperature probe. Our family used this all the time to cook meats, lasagnas, and other dishes that took time to come to temperature. No idea why they did this as it is big loss for automatic cooking.
Two things that are probably preferences: First, the ambient light doesn't really add much for me. I suppose it's a nice touch, but it's not a key feature for me. Second, the previous model had knobs instead of a touch panel. While a panel can be more flexible (individual burner timers, syncing zones, etc.), it's also more finicky. You cannot switch temps quickly, and if your hands are wet, it can mess with the finger detection and make it somewhat frustrating to make a simple change.
Regardless, at the end of the day, it's an amazing induction range. I've had great success with my previous Samsung induction range, and I expect equal joy cooking on this one. The sooner more people try induction, the sooner they will convert to ranges like these. Highly recommended!

Sleek & Modern
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first got this new range, I was very excited to try it out! I loved that the top was more of a matte finish, and I thought that would be easier to clean. After using it, I think it hides the fingerprints and dust more than a shiny finish, but it did streak more. I was also very excited about the touch-senstive buttons, but again, I found them difficult to use at first. Eventually, I figured out that I need to hold them down longer before they will turn on. For me, this isn't an upgrade from knobs. It does look much more fancy, however. I found the unit to cook easily and much prefer the induction top! My food bakes evenly which I love! The only things I really miss is the built-in temperature probe over the previous models. Overall, this is a very nice model!

bamboozled. Must Read !
First, let me say this stove is not on floor anywhere. so you have to rely on the sales rep and. research. The problem is all of the research and sales rep say that the microwave connects to the stove and when you put a pot on the stove, as long as you get a "bespoke range and microwave". It's called auto connectivity. I purchased both for this feature. This is not the case. LIES!! I feel bamboozled. This was one of the main features I wanted, Then,I was also told about the induction cookware promotion. Great, right? NOPE! I have been chasing Samsung since September ( I was approved for the code.) we are going into Christmas, still nothing. Now let's talk about the range. I do like the induction that's about it, The controls could be better I don't like the sliding method for the oven It does not work and I find myself tapping constantly a it's a huge nuisance. I don't know why they didn't put a number /control pad, or at least the option. in the app. The control panel is extremely sensitive and if you tap it in any way while cooking, it will change the temperature/ setting or turn off. They reconfigured the duo flex so now the top oven. has more room than the bottom oven. I don't like this change. I've had to recalibrate my oven multiple times already. I originally had a duo flex electric range. 0 problems. She still works 9 years later It is currently sitting in my garage. I'm contemplating installing her back and getting rid of the range. Oh, in the microwave didn't work from day 1 I've had to replace. When I was shopping for new appliances, I was on the fence between Samsung and GE. I'm really kicking myself for not going GE. Samsung really dropped the ball on this one.

worst experience with samsung
Samsung is not responsible for any warranty.
buy Whirlpool or Frigidaire or other brands that respond to the warranty, do not wash your hands with ridiculous things like cockroaches that damaged the entire system
Other brands do work on any indoor insect, if not, let me know.
