We thought about it for a long time, kept going to check it out at local stores, and finally bit the bullet when it went on sale. Couldn’t be happier. I thought I’d miss the auto ice dispenser but the pull out drawer for ice suffices just fine. The built in pitcher is so handy and my kids love that they can put fruit in the basket to make flavored water. We also get so many compliments on how sleek and upscale it looks. So much storage space compared to our previous counter depth fridge. Wish I’d gotten it sooner!

The beverage center and ice compartments are highlights. The Pitcher :-) has so many uses and fills itself back up automatically. The shelves in the beverage center hold bottles of water and cans both. They stay ice cold. The two sizes of ice cubes are great and since they are in the freezer instead of the fridge compartment, the ice does not stick together and the scoop and ice cover are so cool. The freezer still holds a lot of stuff. The flex drawer keeps meats and cheeses cold and fresher longer. The fridge shelves are flexible and roomy holding taller bottles and jugs or sodas. Overall a beautiful appliance.

The automatic refilling of the interior pitcher is an awesome as it holds 48 oz. Love the many compartments and shelves. Perfect except it needs the gravity drawers and doors. Miss the automatic closures. Also could use more than one shelf to hold tall wine bottles. Highly recommend this refrigerator!

I am well aware of issues with old Samsung fridges and the ice maker, ANY fridge with the ice maker in the fridge section instead of freezer section will eventually have problems. This fridge has it all, slim walled insulation, auto-fill pitcher, two ice types, plenty of space.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great looking and quiet [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reliable and nice looking refrigerator. I replaced a older model with this Bespoke unit because I wanted the larger capacity and the convenience of the beverage center and the flex zone (kids snack drawer). This refrigerator has been in use for over 6 months now and has been working flawlessly. The stainless surface is easy to clean and looks great. It is very spacious inside and has very good cooling and it does so evenly throughout, no warmer or colder spots. As far as I can tell my electric usage is about the same. Also it is very quiet I don't hear it running like my older model. Very happy with this refrigerator and I would recommend it to others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean, functional, futuristic and aesthetic [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of the best decisions we've made. We came from a 1990s built-in Subzero fridge to this. We live near the ocean so other than functionality we really appreciate the aesthetic of the white glass vs rusting stainless steel much better. We also like the app integration where we can control almost all of our kitchen appliances with our phones.

It is beautiful in the kitchen, and the beverage center is a really cool feature! The shelving configurations are the only drawback as neither the main compartment shelf spacing, not the fit shelf spacing allow for much space for taller items. Overall, however, we love it!
