Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the colors - amazing beverage center [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my good friend has this fridge, but the 29 cuft one, and it is great! So great, in fact, that I wanted one for myself! I got the 23 cuft version in Morning Blue Glass with the bottom 3 in white - I love the look of this, everyone seems to as well! The 23 cuft sizing is great for my kitchen as I don't have a ton of open space in the middle. The larger 29 cuft would not have looked good in my kitchen. The best feature for us is the beverage center. Not only do you get a regular water dispenser, but also the auto-filling water jug... and the water taste great! I do wish there was more details on the filter though (in case I wanted an additional filter on top of the Samsung's filter here. The ice tray on the bottom is neat, although I feel like it has take up more space in my freezer than I would have liked. The center drawer is for cans, which is great for those who love their drinks in the fridge (from unopened wine bottle to canned drinks). I also love the shelf that has a small area where you can push a part of it to slide back; it create this open area for really tall bottles or other odd items that is really tall. You don't have to move an entire shelf to accommodate something like that (we had a tall fruit drink that we got from Costco that required just a extra inch on our shelf and opening that section of the shelf up made it fit!). I do notice that there is a huge loss in space from the 29 cuft to the 23, but as we have a second fridge in the garage, this was not an issue for us - we definitely prefer not bumping into the refrigerator in the kitchen and just having a nicer layout. Overall, great refrigerator!

We like the beverage center, including the auto fill pitcher and dual icemaker. The water filter is located in the front, making it easy to change. It has been problem free, the app and wi-fi works great and it is very quiet.

Great to have ice CUBEs rather than the old half-moons. The freezer has loads of space and we may end up getting rid of our chest freezer. The beverage center is a great touch, especially if you don’t want an external water/ice dispenser. Only knock is the SmartThings interface. That needs a total rewrite for every Samsung appliance we have. Barcodes were missing and the work around was not well documented. *be prepared with an extra helper to bring this beast into your house!

I am glad that I did my research prior to this big purchase, and it paid off. Our appliances are a different brand, I wanted to have them match brand. After I looked at reviews and proper research, I went for this unit with all that diligence.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the auto-fill water pitcher! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator for one month and really love it. I think my favorite feature is the auto-fill water pitcher in the door. The whole family loves this feature and the way you can instantly fill a glass or water bottle by just opening the outside left door panel. This fridge is big. There is so much space inside. We replaced a Whirlpool fridge that had ice and water in the door, and the issue with the old fridge was the ice maker was in the top left corner of the fridge section, so it took up much of the interior space. The Bespoke fridge does not have this issue at all. It's all storage space when you open the doors. Also enjoy the thoughtful layout of this model with the french door refrigerator access, the slide out middle drawer (that we use for a combination of meats, cheeses, and beverage cans), and the lower freezer drawer. Love the two sizes of ice available in the freezer as well. The delivery service was top notch, friendly, and careful. No issues at all with our delivery and installation. We opted for the charcoal black glass front panels to match other appliances, and it is really quite stunning. After one month, I would highly recommend this Bespoke fridge, and I have recommended it to neighbors and coworkers already.
