Happy customer that loves the beverage center
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had his refrigerator for a month. We first saw the Bespoke at a house we rented for July 4th. Our friends were like we are going home and buying one. We had issues with our previous fridge from the day we installed it. The tech told us that we purchased the first year and there are a bunch of problems. We are so excited to have the Bespoke. Our previous fridge had the drawer which we really liked. I created another zone for the compression which could have contributed to some of our issues. Our kids are becoming teenagers so I don't know we need the drawer as much, so we got the 3 door. We all love the beverage center.
The one thing we do not like is the bottom drawers are wider then the doors so we have to open both doors to open the drawer.
BTW - our friends did purchase one after we got ours.

Awesome fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 10 year old fridge and the difference is night an day. This fridge is super quiet, way more spacious, cools better and has a ton of features.
The old frisge was full when we had to move all of it to the new one. The new fridge looks empty with the same amount of stuff. Great overall!

Controls/App is terrific. Most loved is the dual ice maker. 2nd would be the self filling water pitcher. Beautiful counter depth look with no ugly handles. Easy to wipe clean. Has lots of small nook storage that we thought was weird as we discovered a few after having the fridge for a few weeks. Still the nooks are actually very handy.

Moving the ice maker to the freezer has given us more fridge space as well as a less complicated and hence more reliable ice making system.

So great!!
I love this refrigerator. It has restored the name of Samsung in this area of the kitchen. The beverage center door is great for my son to grab healthy yogurt snacks and the pit her makes filling water bottles a dream. It is SO much faster than a slow fill. The only thing zi do not like is the right hand side shelf that can be pushed back to make way for tall bottles. We rarely have bottle tall enough to warrant it and it slides back a little too easily. Is there a way to replace that with a solid shelf?

LOVE Bespoke!

I got the 1st for my main kitchen and then did a remodel for a mother-in-law apartment in our basement. Relocated the main one downstairs and purchased the white glass for the main kitchen. The placement of the shelves and useful door storage is excellent. The beverage center is probably my favorite option in the refrigerator, along with the 2 different kinds of ice. I drinkj a lot of water! Our pets benefit from the filtered water.

It's so... Big!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a Whirlpool that was new when we moved into our new house. From almost day 1 the lights in the Whirlpool didn't work and, due to the ice maker in the refrigerator we would get water/ice condensation and buildup under the long drawer. Combine these things with potential impending tariffs and it was time to replace.
I've always been wary of Samsung appliances due to the supposed difficulty in getting repairs and parts. I did a lot of research prior and this now seems to not be an issue. When we went shopping we were actually looking for a GE 'fridge but it was not in stock at the store we were at. As we started looking we kept coming back to the Samsung. What really kept our attention was the interior space, because the ice maker in in the freezer it opens up so much room in the 'fridge it's like gaining another 1/4 of the space back compared to others.
With the ice maker in the freezer that should make the condensation water/ice buildup impossible in the 'fridge and the lights! I'm pretty sure angels sing when you open the doors. The outer 'skin' door that hides the water dispenser and pitcher is a great feature. I have drinks, butter, and other 'quick reach' items stored there.
If I was to have a complaint it would be the ice tray covers, I understand that there is a reason for it but it's a bit fiddly, having to move a cover to get to the scoop then another cover to get to the ice is a lot. Also it would be nice to be able to compartmentalize the ice storage for things like ice packs. I'll probably 3D print something so that I can move the ice packs there and free up a bit of space for food.
Otherwise it looks good, functions well and is very quiet. I'm glad we decided on Samsung this time.

The auto fill water jug, and inside water despenser, with front door beverage center, for easy access, is amazing. Temp by phone app is amazing. The size is perfect for our family, 30 cubic inches. No handles on face of frige is also great, hidden handles to open are amazing as well.
