White glass is NOT white, but it is pretty.
We bought new panels for our 4 door flex fridge, which we love! But beware, the white glass is NOT white. It’s slightly gray or off white.

Lots of room for food on top and plenty in freezer section. The alarm is perfect if I forget to close it. I got the black panels they are beautiful for all 4 doors. It’s much bigger than the last fridge I had and I love it. It took a while to get it delivered and the 1st delivery they damaged the fridge. But I’m so glad I waited so long it was worth it. I love all the space I have in my fridge

MISLEADING! SCAM!
I am one more customer disappointed with the panels offer. This is the appealing feature of the fridge! So stay true to your word and your offers. We want the panels options!! And please don't reply with "To get updates regarding the availability of the top panel in black charcoal glass that you wish to purchase, we recommend reaching out to our Samsung Parts Team at (800) 627-4368." I don't want to call a number, I don't want to be put on hold and then be told "we don't know when." Just give us all the information. And send us all an email with the truth and the real update of when we could buy those panels. Oh wait, let me guess, they'll probably come back in stock when the coupon expires, correct? Stop misleading customers!
