[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this right before Christmas and I gotta say this makes Christmas Clean up much easier with all the glitters in the floor, dog hair and with a Toddler that keeps making a mess. The cleaning station is great my vacuum looks new all the time. This is a life saver. I really love the performance of this Vacuum also bonus that it looks so Aesthetically pleasing all of the people who visited our house kept asking what brand is it. I had a more expensive brand of vacuum before but the performance of this Vaccuum is so much better. I regret not buying this sooner. Thank you Samsung for making this Vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke Jet vacuum cleaner is the vest vacuum we've ever bought, hands down (and we've been through quite a few big name brands in the past). As a matter of fact, we bought a Shark corded vacuum only about six months prior to getting this one, and although it's a powerful vacuum cleaner and is great in many ways, working with the stiff power cord that it has leaves much to be desired. But, we bought that vacuum cleaner as I just wasn't sure if a battery-powered cordless vacuum would give me the power, and time, to do the vacuuming that I needed and wanted.

Performance is great and the battery at max level lasts long enough to clean all of my carpeted floors. Top notch vacuum

We bought it on sale because of how well our first one worked (green model with all of the options that we've had over 1 year now). Stand out features is not just how easy it is to empty the vacuum bin but also how well it is design to disassemble allowing complete cleaning throughout the inside of the vacuum itself. These are the two big weak points of our Dysons (we have two top end models including one with the laser head). I would gladly buy this again!

I've had this vacuum in the dark green color 😍 for over a year. I've absolutely loved how well it works, until my daughter dropped it down the stairs. I'm looking at getting some replacement parts or a whole new Samsung because I love it. Way better than the big D brand everywhere. So easy to use, picks up tons of dust, dirt and the attachments actuallyget used.

Cordless is wonderful!

I was a little worried that the battery would not last long enough as some folks said in their reviews that this was the cse. However, we used in MIN mode, the battery last as long as indicated in the specs. I have never had the problem of running out of battery power!

Best vacuum on the market!

I did have an issue 10 months in where the Charging base stopped charging the batteries but was able to get in contact with Samsung and they were more than accommodating taking care of it. Even gave me a cell number to text a rep to ask questions at any point in the process. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Good Looking, and great working Vacuum

I like that I actually have a spot in my kitchen where It sits in the stand and it doesn't look like a "vacuum cleaner" in my kitchen. The charging stand / dock have a modern look and is unobtrusive.

Great Vacuum

It works really well and leaves the floor feeling clean. After vacuuming, I put it back on the base where the contents that was just vacuumed now goes into a bag. The charging base does this with just a push of a button. The vacuum bags does last a long time. I like this vacuum and the look of it.

For the price I got it, it has been faithfully serving me and my new apartment extremely well, coming with a few accessories while also working with others like the pet tool that I obtained shortly after.
I’ve had no issues with it, emptying it has been super easy as well as charging it, the base station giving me a solid place to put it down without worrying about it falling over or anything else.
