Seems fine to me
I saw some 1 star reviews about charging and someone not seeing how much charge it had (so what?) And thought I'd just add that I've had my TV for about a year now and the remote works great. In fact I plugged it into a USB for the 1st time today. I haven't deliberately kept it solar side up as I didn't actually know it was a solar until today. But fingers crossed it will continue to work as it has so far.

Great Product
I accidentally dropped my remote in water and after allowing the remote to dry out for two days, it started working again. I am very pleased and the features that it provides work well for my needs. I recommend this product.

I love this new remote and TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We don't bother with getting any kind of cable TV or other installations with our TVs. We just stream what apps we want and the TV stores our information. It's so much easier and we only have the apps we want. I can't say anything bad about it.

A product that makes life simple!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my SolarCell Remote to flip through shows and movie's. With the remote not being flooded by button's and the absolute perfect size to fit in any sized hand it takes TV watching to a whole new level. You can easily remember where the button you are looking for is and it dosen't strain your hand because it's not too little nor too small!
My favorite part about this remote is that it uses type C charging port but just wait, it gets even better! It can charge from not only outdoor lighting but also indoor lighting! I have never seen a remote so nicely designed. If out of all the remotes I own I would no doubt always chose this remote as my personal favorite. The remote dosen't use harmful batteries, looks and feels amazing, and brings the whole family together on movie night's!

Excellent design
Since I have this control, I have forgotten about the batteries, it is super convenient and the charge really lasts a long time. The design is minimalist, and in my case I have not had any problems detecting where the buttons are even in low light, since in fact I don't even have to look at the control. To be honest, this control is a great advance in terms of technology, design and care for the environment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this remote for over a y3ar now and never thought or changing any battery, welp because it's solar powered. I haven't even put is anywhere to get some sun to charge but this little thing keeps going.
I like the easy when it comes to finding the buttons which is simply packed with the essentials and straight to the point. Watching TV is now my hobby because I love my TV and all because of my remote.

Predefined streaming services and PV charging
I appreciate being able to directly go to a streaming service, but I too would like to be able to program streaming service buttons based on my subscriptions, not whatever company paid Samsung to have their service on a button.
PV charging works quite well for me, but one design flaw is that I have to place the remote face down and that frequently results in turning the TV off because the buttons can be pressed when setting the remote down to charge. Perhaps a plastic "bump" that prevents the remote buttons from contacting the surface??
