Sealy Firm Matress for my boys!
My boys love their new beds. They said it’s a lot better and comfortable. The bed doesn’t squeak any longer. Good quality bed, protective mattress cover, and flat support board. Firm is the way to go with young children.

It’s very thin like it’s supposed to be but it is not wood fully it feels like a cardboard.

How much weight will it hold?
We are using 2 in our king sized bed and I've used them previously over the years. Easily up to 500lbs I would say based on the weights of the people in the king size bed. Right now I'm using them and it's probably around 375lbs between the two of us. Never an issue. I've never tried to actually stress test one.

No slats. It is one solid board

Is the bunkie made of slats or a solid board?
This board is not solid wood. It consists of wooden slates and what feels like composite board attached to them. It is not sturdy; I can bend it. Sorry I purchased it, hope it holds up.

Is it solid board? What material is used?
Very solid board. My 3 year old boy toddler jumps on his bed practically all day and the board and bed are still standing. Definitely recommended product.

It's not solid wood throughout. Probably MDF board or similar with a wrapped pad for cushion. The piece isn't overly heavy either
