Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this robot! After a comment my daughter made about how great her robot vacuum worked, I decided to buy one and try it out. "Sharkie" does a great job daily cleaning up all the dog and cat hair around the house - I love the fact that I can set him cleaning while I work on my computer. There used to be pet hair all over the floors, because I couldn't keep up with it, but 40 minutes to an hour a day of running Sharkie keeps my floors clean. Every once in awhile he gets stuck and I need to help him out, but mostly he's totally self-sufficient; he can climb the floor strip into the bathroom, and has no trouble transitioning between wood floors and carpet. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Shark is so Worth It! I had a friend recommend this to me because I hate vacuuming. After asking me every week for over a month, I finally broke down and bought one. I can say my expectations were not high and I didn't think it would do as well as my Kirby with pet hair beater bar. I purchased a model that was supposed to work with pet hair and boy was I surprised! Not only does this product vacuum the whole first floor of my townhouse efficiently, it gets up all the cat hair. We ran it every day for the first week. The first day it needed to be emptied several times in the two-hour period. Over that week, however, the unit was eventually able to complete the entire floor in one shot! Now we turn on our little shark 3 times a week and let it run. My only ugh about this product is that I wish the canister was a little larger, but actually once I was on top of the vacuuming, the canister is perfect.

Jesus this thing is beyond fabulous! “IT CLEANS” this thing cleans tirelessly! I’ve been singing ‘I’m so excited and I just can’t hide it, I’m about to lose control”… Can’t wait to get home to see my clean floors and rugs! Well the dog loves to go for a ride but probably not a good thing! I’m praying so that it lasts forever! Man what a dirty blessing! The only negative reviews were from those that had purchased the product. Does anyone else see this? I ADOREShark and ninja products, and have used them exclusively for many years, starting with the first silver Shark hand-held vacuum! These reviews seem highly suspect. How do I trust enough to go ahead and invest in a Shark robot?

We run our Shark daily and you would not believe the amount of dust and hair this thing picks up even AFTER I've already used my vacuum on the floors. I am baffled at how full the bin gets and how much grossness is on our floors. We have hardwood, tile, and very thin rugs and the Shark picks it all up. I suffer from really bad allergies and notice a huge difference between the days the Shark runs and the days it does not. It really is a great way to help with allergens, pet hair, and the everyday dirt and grime. Definitely download the app and set up a schedule, then forget about it until it's time to empty the bin. The Shark is a no-brainer! Every time we run it, it collects a second dog. I love how it's able to get under the couches and furniture with lack of effort. Even if you own the most expensive vacuum cleaner (which we do) you still need this Shark!

We have a dog that sheds alot and our carpets / hard wood floors need to be cleaned more than once a week but we work and just can't. Now we don't have to worry. As a dog owner, I was concerned that the dust bin would not be able to handle the amount of dog hair and can happily tell you my concern was unfounded. The Shark easily picks up all the dog hair without getting full ! It has brushes on the sides that spin and pull in the dust and dog hair from the corners. Funny to watch, looks like a crab :) It also has a row of brushes in the middle of back section where the majority of dirt/dust/hair is picked up from carpets and hard wood floor. Another very impressive fact I found is that the Shark Ion will run for almost 1.5 hours on a single charge. I'm new to using Amazon Alexa but have no problem using it with the SharkClean app on my phone to set up a start time. So nice to be at work or store and use the app to start the Shark Robot and come home to a freshly vacuumed home. It also works with Google. I highly recommend the Shark Ion Robot to anyone who doesn't like or doesnt have time to vacuum as often as they like. It will also make a great gift to grandparents. They do not have to be tech savvy to use it.

I can leave it running for a couple hours and it will pick up most of the dirt on my floors and yes that’s including dog hair! I have 2 large dogs a shepherd and husky mix so they shed like crazy. However, because their coats are long it will get wrapped around the brush but it’s super easy to pull off and empty the container. I like being able to control it from the app on my phone and being able to view the last time it ran and for how long. When it comes to an obstacle it will bump then turn around and has not got stuck anywhere.

I have it programmed to turn on automatically and it returns to the dock to charge by itself. I empty the canister every day and am surprised by how much it collects. It runs quickly and I haven't had any issues with it getting stuck. It also senses steps so it won't fall down them. I am very happy with this vacuum and would definitely recommend it.

We have a house full of pets and it sucks up every bit of the hair that they shed into a neat little tray that can easily be dumped in the trash. Transfers smoothly from carpet to hard floors without missing a beat. The only issue I've seen is that it takes like 30 minutes to find the dock sometimes depending on its location when it finishes the job. Doesn't bother me though, it gets there eventually.

It’s very well made heavy duty and sturdy. It’s Wi-Fi Connection makes it a breast to use. It’s not to loud and it picks up everything on the floor with out any issues. It’s a great addition to our home. I highly recommend it. I like the small compact design it’s very aesthetically pleasing and the performance is excellent.

There are four of us living here and a dog plus two ferrets. I vacuum my house at least twice a week as I'm a clean freak and we also leave our shoes at the door. I can't even begin to tell you or believe the amount of hair and dirt this Shark Ion robot picked up. After ten minutes of use it was full of hair. Obviously with every day use it will go longer in between running but seriously I'm just stunned that all that hair was missed and sitting in my carpet. It doesn't take long to charge and there is a button on it you can push to tell it when to dock. It can detect when it's coming to an edge like when I run it upstairs as it stops at the stairs and goes in the other direction. If it gets near a chair or furniture it just barely touches it so no scratching or creating scuff marks at all. It's not loud thankfully which would scare my animals and they actually don't even pay no mind to it. I like the design and how it can sweep next to any edge and the suction power on this is remarkable and just blows my mind how much stuff it picks up from my floors. It had no problem going from my carpet to linoleum which I love as it's getting every section of my house clean. It can manuver over throw rugs with it's 360 spin and height adjustment leaving nothing untouched. I truely appreciate this amazing product since I work mostly nights and can come home to a clean house. Best of all it's getting all that hair from my animals that would eventually wind up floating onto my furniture. I absolutely recommend this robot vacuum 100% and it deserves a million stars in my eyes!

I no longer have to roam around the house with a heavy wired vacuum cleaner. This Shark Ion Robot can be used on multiple surfaces. So happy that it has the tribrush system and I can use it with the app and control it with Alexa or google home. It maneuvers very well around furniture without causing damages. Sometimes it gets struck in between chairs but not always. The runtime is great and charge lasts very well. So far it never went out of battery when cleaning my ground floor. I use this on carpets and hardwood floors and it works great. Keeps my house clean. Filter is easy to clean. Great for everyday clean up and maintaining the house. The docking station is not too big and it is great for charging. I prepare my house before I use it to make sure there are no tiny toys or wires to cause obstruction. It can climb thresholds easily. It can also climb over rugs easily. The brush system works perfectly and you can use different settings based on how messy the house is! Picks up all the dirt very well and it’s really good for people who are always busy and do not find much time to clean their house. And also it’s good for houses without much obstructions or obstacles. If there are too many toys or obstacles it’s not a great choice! But for me it’s just perfect.
