What is the Watts on high setting

what is flush mounting vs. standard mount? Which is better for installation in an island?

You have to press the open button. If it still doesn’t open, that is an electrical problem. Is it plugged in? Check your fuse box for a tripped fuse.

can the drawer be removed for easier cleaning?

Not that I can tell or have tried.  I use a microwave cover over anything when I use it; however, my adult sons do not. Very easy to wipe the drawer out. Hope this helps. Also has been my favorite microwave ever!
