Love this product
Drawer style works well for me and could be because I am short and this works well for wheelchair user as well. The feature that you can just wave on the side of the microwave drawer to open is practical. I also like the feature of reheating because food is hot at the proper temperature and I do not have to guess the time I need to warm certain menu. Lots of one touch feature is very accurate and easy to follow such as melt butter, warm beverage, etc. Easy to clean in and out. So stylish.

so far so good
Love the drawer microwave in our newly remodeled kitchen so much more convenient than lifting casseroles out from above the stove. Easy to use put it in our center island so it’s just so easy to remove everything and put everything in and out.

Easy to use and beautifully designed.
This is a lovely microwave. I love the design and so far it's working well. I especially like that it's out of the way and leaves my kitchen with clean uncluttered lines. This is the 2nd one I purchased, the first being for another home. :-)

Drawer style Micro Wave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had this MW installed. While there is a bit of a learning curve for me, I did use it for reheating tonight’s dinner. My primary use. Definitely like the MW under the counter -much safer! I’ve had sharp counter top microwaves before with excellent successf. Hopefully, this will be the same.

HUGE area for food. I love under the counter access, it's so much easier. It took me a little while to learn how to use it, otherwise, I highly recommend.

Doesn’t work more than half the time
If you are hoping to heat up something like a cup of coffee and a smaller plate item, this microwave is not for you. I’ve had a repair person come out and was told it is what it is, the new sensors and lower wattage are the contributing factors. I basically either can’t heat the item or have to build a structure out of plates and cups to make the item seem bigger.
