Great reliable safe microwave drawer

We bought it in 2017 and have been very happy with its ease of use and performance. The magnetron gave it up this Friday:-) As we use the microwave daily a new one was ordered the same day and was delivered the next day. I am 76 yrs old and recovering from a bone marrow transplant but I uninstalled the old one and installed the new one easily. 4 screws and a 3 prong plug and play.. looking forward to another 10 years of worry free microwaving:-)

Game Changer in the Kitchen

Lovin’ the drawer!
Never liked having an over the stove microwave. When I renovated my kitchen I decided to go with the Sharp drawer microwave. It is so convenient and no more steamy dishes coming out at eye level- not great for a shorty like me.

drawer microwave SMD2470ASYE. I cant find parts for "E" 1. what does E stand for? 2. will parts for an ASY fit the ASYE? Issue: the door motor grinds (binding or stripping) when I push the open button and it will not open. The close button works fine.
