The following items may be necessary to complete your setup, and require separate purchases and/or an additional fee:

Setup of a new WiFi network or WiFi extender

Unfortunately we cannot perform the following:

Modification of door keyholes for lock and strike inside door frame
First time drilling of holes in door and/or door frame (New Install)
Additional equipment needed to connect to hub (Zwave, Zigbee, or Homekit modules or hubs)
Troubleshooting WiFi connectivity issues

Requirements for Smart Door Lock Installation

Your home's WiFi network and password should be fully set up and available at the time of installation. For information on having a WiFi network set up at the same time as your smart lock, contact us at 877-727-1909.

Preparation for Installation

Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 must be present in your home to accept the delivery.
On the day of your installation, make sure to tidy up the area so we'll have plenty of room to work. Clear the area of any clutter, debris or dust, and secure any pets.
