The following items may be necessary to complete your setup, and require separate purchases and/or an additional fee:

Setup of a new WiFi network

Unfortunately we cannot perform the following:

Combining of 2 separate thermostats into 1 unit
Conversion of Line Voltage thermostats (115v) to 24VAC
Creation of custom schedules
Repairing or painting of walls from holes from removal of old thermostat

Requirements for Smart Thermostat Installation

A functioning thermostat is required at the installation area with a "C" wire.
Your home's WiFi network and password should be fully set up and available at the time of installation. For information on having a WiFi network set up at the same time as your thermostat, contact us at 877-727-1909.

Preparation for Installation

Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 must be present in your home for the installation.
On the day of your installation, make sure to tidy up the area so we'll have plenty of room to work. Clear the area of any clutter, debris or dust, and secure any pets.
