Awesome HYBRID Breifcase
Absolutely love my bag … tons of room . . so convenient how it’s a hybrid makes tracking with my electronics for business so much easier. Best Backpack Ever
I happened to buy this combo backpack in a store and it has served me well for 7 years or more. I have had it stuffed full of heavy things the entire time. It has traveled from USA to Mexico to India. It is my daily usage case for work laptop and dozens of peripheral items. I just ordered a replacement from Solo and was delighted to find same exact model still available.

Fantastic Multi Purpose Bag
Love using this as a multi purpose bag. Heading into a meeting it easily converts into an informal briefcase. By the same hand I can use it as a backpack while wandering the streets in new cities and fill it with souveniers or essentials. Looking to pair it with a backpack. Will post that as well. Can't really go wrong with this one. Well built, plenty of compartments and multi purpose. It's a win.

Very Versatile and Practical carry case.
I just replaced my old Asus computer with a new one and wanted to protect it when I needed to be on the go. I was surprised with how many pockets and sleeves there are and 3 different ways to carry it makes it very versatile. The only suggestion would be to have a bit more padding on the outside layer protecting the laptop. Otherwise A+

Perfect for travel
I traveled to work using this as my backpack on my flight. Then my work sent me home with a backpack filled with swag. No problem - I just converted my Solo backback into the carry-brief style. Easy peasy.

Grey Duane. AWESOME BAG
I’ve had this bag for 10 years now and it still looks new. A pocket for everything, yet it’s not bulky. Made its way all the way to Aus :u1F1E6::u1F1FA:. I recommend it to anyone who asks for a laptop bag. Someone I know uses it for her microphones and equipment when she does singing gigs. So versatile

5 years of use and it's still as new
I got it as a gift from a relative a long time ago, about 4-5 years, not sure, and I've been using it a lot since then. It is as new, nothing worn out, it has no scratches, I am also a guy so I don't necessarily take care of it too well. I will probably continue to use it for a very long time. Washed it in the washing machine a few times, comes out clean, I just need to make sure that I air all compartments so they can dry, many are waterproof and the water can't get out. I am surprised by how well it lasts, I've had many backpacks and couldn't use them for more than 2 years because they started to look like garbage.

Excellent Bag!
I’ve had this bag pre-pandemic and it continues to serve me well. Just enough compartment, semi-slim profile and long wearing. I use the backpack straps mostly. I recommend this to anyone who needs a convertible laptop bag.

Smooth zippers on a great bag!
The zipper was a big concern — I hate wrestling with zippers — and all the zippers on this bag run smoothly. The design and size of the bag are optimal. The material is sturdy and it is easy to pack everything I need for the workday.

This backpack works very well

Awesome pack for all your stuff
I have used one of these bags for years until I broke the main zipper from overstuffing it too many times. I now have a new one and can carry on as usual. This bag is great with all the zippered compartments. It allows you to carry a lot of stuff in a more organized fashion without having a jumbled mess where you have dig through everything to find that one small item that invariably finds its way to the bottom. I don't use it as a backpack, but if that's your thing, then I'm sure it would serve you well.

So underrated!
I’ve had this bag for over 2 years now - used it every day, travelled overseas, etc. It’s just so well made and the compartments are perfect. You can find everything in it’s place and it doesn’t move around. Recently my wife bought me a beautiful leather messenger which I used for 2 days and hated - eventually had to admit to her that I wanted to go back to my solo! Do yourself a favour and get one - you’ll never look back!

I was looking for exactly
I was looking for exactly this sort of bag for a long time, and I couldn't find one, until I came to work one day and it was sitting on my chair, put their for everyone as company swag. It survived years of office work, reckless bar hopping, international travel, and grocery shopping.
I also got complements from random people about how it converts from a backpack into a hand-held bag like it ain't nothing.

Survived my car exploding
My car had a wiring issue after an earlier accident, resulting in a small explosion, a fire leading across the engine until the gas tank was involved. The tank was just under half-full, and the resulting explosion did more damage. This bag didn't exactly survive the fire, splattering of slag and melted plastic, thick smoke, and the extinguishing substance the fire department used; the bag was ruined, but my laptop, electronics, books, and other things in it, were absolutely fine.
I have purchased a second bag, today, knowing that my property is perfectly safe in the unintentionally 'splosion-resistant interior.

Best work bag EVER!!
I absolutely LOVE THIS BAG!! I use it for work and the compartments are top notch! Truly helps keep me organized! The tablet/laptop built in pockets are heaven sent! I love the dual option to carry as a briefcase, or if my hands are full I can put it on as a back back!! Totally worth the money, plus it’s good for the environment. I was a die hard Jansport consumer for majority of my life, but I’m in now LOVE with the sleek, stylish, and versatility of Solo-NY!

Love this briefcase/backpack
This bag was the perfect size to fit under airplane seats, when used as backpack it fit me perfectly (I’m 5’1”), it held everything I needed for travel and I loved how the backpack straps be zipped into their own part of the pack. It was extremely comfortable and lightweight. Highly recommended.
