Love the Mesa XL. . . . Buy more fuel than you think you need.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mesa XL has been great since the day I received it. The one thing I would say is to get plenty of fuel. This thing does burn through fuel though. I have needed to restock a couple of times, but that isn't an issue.

Big thing in a small package.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little unit. Once it gets rolling it throws out a good amount of heat. Definitely need to keep it stocked with wood as it will tear through a small pile pretty quickly. Was able to give it a try when it was a little raw as I worked an outside project and it was nice to have a small heat source.

Great little stove

Great little tabletop firepit
Finally caved in ordering a solostove and no regrets. I'm glad I ordered the mesa xl, as it's the perfect size for my deck table, which is a 6 seater. I got it in Water color and it's a beautiful blue. Super easy to use and can't wait to enjoy more fall nights with this.

Best purchase ever!
This was one of the best purchases we've made! We love our tabletop Mesa XL! So easy to use and very little clean up. We have only used the solo stove wood pellets but they leave very little ash, so I'm not sure that I'll try real wood...? One fill lasts about an hour and it cools down relatively quickly. The heat radius is pretty decent too, warms up our 10x10 deck noticeably. The Mesa XL is also super easy to take and use wherever you want. Highly recommend!

Love Mesa XL!
Love the small Mesa XL. We bought to use at our apartment building and it’s the perfect size to use on the patio table. Small enough to have a little fire, big enough to roast some marshmallows! We’ve had luck using pellets and tiny logs. Bought two more for family members as Christmas gifts!

Great small stove for sitting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great small stove for sitting on or near a patio table. Fire burns well with pellets, we haven’t tried other fuel sources yet. However, we learned it’s hard to get the pellets to light without the white powdery fire starter packets that came with the stove. Lighter fluid worked though. Puts out heat, but don’t count it to warm you up on a chilly night. It definitely serves its purpose as a nice addition to a patio, and great for s’mores.
