I love this machine
The heavy duty cycle is so much faster than my old washer. The eco cycle saves water if you want that option. The controls are simple dials and intuitive to use. The machine just feels solid. The spin cycles are high speed and that saves dryer time. It’s quiet and doesn’t go off balance. Cleans well. Very happy with this choice.

I feel confident that this was the best machine out there !!! easy to use , low noise, good size and washing options are well thought out. I have recommended to many friends to consider The Speed Queen quality is well known. Most consumers do not know that there are residential models available!!!! I grew up with Speed Queens and recalled an article read in consumer reports that prompted me to look for them when I needed to replace my washer and dryer

Purchased beginning of 2023 along with the washer to match.
My only complaints are:
1. Does not seem to get hot enough? Always put on HOT
2.The door seems very hard to open. Have to really pull it hard to open. Other family member cannot open without assistance.
3. Cannot remove the lint catcher?
Called speed queen and said you NEVER have to remove.....
I clean it after every dry cycle
Still would like to make sure ALL lingering lint is cleaned out

needed dryer with LP Conversion kit
I have only had this dryer for one month. I have a LP Gas one which I had so much difficulty finding a LP Conversion kit for any other brand. This was my only option for a dryer at this time due to lack of LP conversion kits.
It was more costly than other dryers I priced. It seems to be fine and I am thankful I could get a conversion kit.

Very pleased with this dryer. It is quiet and dries as expected. I do wish it had a buzzer when the load is dried. All my previous driers have had the lint catcher on the top of the dryer. This one is on the inside of the dryer and I love that feature!!
