Love this washing machine!
This washing machine is like an old fashioned type washing machine. No crazy noises! The cycles do not take forever! Everything is coming out really nice and clean. It spins good so that the clothes do not have to be dried for a long time! No lock!! I love that - if you forget something, you just lift the lid and put it in. The only thing I miss is a light to show the wash is done - but it does have a sound when it finishes which helps! It was more expensive then others, but I think the quality speaks for itself.

My New Washer! A+
I have owned this washer since my other half bought it for me during this past summer. I most especially like that is has the full-fill option since I own a B&B and need that for sheets and blankets. It has the features I need with Speed Queen toughness and build quality to match my Speed Queen dryer. The only thing to make it better would be a hot rinse.

Love owning the best washer on the market.
While Speed Queen products are more expensive than the typical washers and dryers, I have heard that most of them last around 25 years. At 67, this will hopefully be my last washer purchase. I’ve had it about 3 weeks now and have enjoyed the simplicity of operation. Load it and push the one start button. Can’t beat it. When my current dryer croaks, I’ll definitely replace it with a Speed Queen model.

It works and keeps working
This is our second TC5 machine. Our first one lasted for about nine years, which is much longer than any previous washer of ours with the very heavy usage our large family requires. I am happy that this model is still on the market.

We love it
We absolutely love this machine! And it is clearly VERY well made and VERY sturdy. Handles heavy loads effortlessly ... even if they aren't balanced. We have gone through many machines with our rental properties and this is the first brand that seems to compare to the machines of the 70s-80s where the repair people were the "loneliest people in town" (older folks will remember the adds and they were true back then ... not now).

When we first received the washer, we were concerned about the size turns out it is no issue for a family of five. This thing is built like a tank and reminds me of my grandmother’s when I was a kid. The quality is outstanding and it washes great. What sold me the most is Made in USA. So happy with the purchase and look forward to our dryer going out so we can replace it with a Speed Queen. We are customers for life. Unless they sell out to the overseas manufacturers. Thank you for a great product!

We love our new speed queen
It is quiet and runs perfectly. We are so excited that it does not lock when it is going so you can add a sock that dropped on the way in to the laundry room. It is fast and efficient. We are so happy with its spaciousness and that it has an agitator.

So far, so good! I have been happy with my choice of choosing the Speed Queen Washer. I like that it is more old school and easy to operate. You can open the lid at any time (not locked) to add an item you may have missed, and without the water immediately spinning out of it. It is quick to wash a load of clothes, doesn't take 1.5 hrs. and they are clean. My favorite feature has to be the water level. You can fill the tub full and not just have barely wet clothes trying to wash.

All Hail to the Speed Queen!
Our Speed Queen replaced an GE washer that was operable but every cycle had a ridiculous soak cycle that lasted longer than the wash cycle....sooo frustrating, and that's why Metro called it off when our Speed Queen arrived. We love our Speed Queen! It doesn't do unexpected cycles. You have the option to soak if you choose with a simple dial selection. And guess what? The lid doesn't lock when filling so you can add an additional item that escaped the original load. I have to admit that the purchase price was substantial, however if you want a durable washer that lasts for years, simple to operate, the top rated washer and made in the USA, Speed Queen is IT!

The spin cycle is amazingly gentle and does not shake and move as my Maytag did. The wash time is much quicker than the Maytag. My Maytag lasted only 3-1/2 years before the repair cost was more than I paid for the machine. So far, I am very pleased with the Speed Queen.

Can you wash queen size comforter?
I gave always sent my queen Size comforter out. I don't think any home washing machine can handle that. Aside from that my speed queen is my favorite washing machine ever. I highly recommend it.
