Beware high end appliance shoppers!
Don’t use them! Bought high end appliances and they didn’t know what they were doing! They had one delivery crew come and they damaged the floor trying to get in elevator.
They took it back. Then the office figured out they had to take top off. So they sent a different crew and there was miss communication between the delivery guys and office. So the second crew was starting from scratch and had the same struggles as the first crew. They didn’t speak any English so I couldn’t tell them what to do. After over an hour they called office and finally figured out what they needed to do.
Very frustrating experience to say the least!
