Subscription Service Terms & Conditions

How to enroll in the subscription program for your product

1. If the product is available for recurring shipments, select the "subscribe" option on the product page when you add the product to your cart.
2. Select how often you want to receive delivery (each product can have different choices on how frequent you want delivery).
3. Complete the usual "Checkout" process.

These subscription Program Terms and Conditions are in addition to the pcrichard.com Terms of Use located at www.pcrichard.com/terms-of-use.html and the P.C. Richard & Son Privacy and Security Statement located at www.pcrichard.com/privacy.html both of which are incorporated herein by reference and apply to your participation in the subscription program. P.C. Richard & Son is referred to as "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms & Conditions.

You acknowledge, and agree that P.C. Richard & Son may, at our discretion, decide to discontinue the subscription program or the subscription for a particular product, or change the terms, and conditions for any reason at any time without any notice to you. Your use of the Subscription Program will be governed by the current version of the terms, conditions, and notices of the subscription program at the time of shipment.

Some products sold by us are not available for the subscription program. Subscription orders will not be shipped to a store nor available for in-store pick up.

You agree to pay any and all charges for products based on your choice of how often you will receive the product. Any products for which you enroll in the subscription program will be sent to the shipping address you enter until such shipment is canceled under these terms, and conditions. You must provide your credit card information to enroll in the subscription program. During your enrollment in the subscription program, (i) you agree to pay for such products when they are shipped using the credit card provided during enrollment and (ii) you authorize P.C. Richard & Son to charge such credit card for each product shipped through orders in the Subscription Program. You may update your credit card information at any time, and upon completing such update, (1) you agree to pay for such products upon shipment using the updated credit card information you provided and (2) you authorize P.C. Richard & Son to charge such updated credit card for each product shipped through orders in the Subscription Program. Subscription charges on PC Richard & Son credit card will be recurring and the standard P.C. Richard & Son credit card Account Terms apply.

You represent and warrant to us that you are authorized to use the credit card used to enroll in the subscription program, or as updated by you after enrollment and the information you provide is accurate and true. You agree to pay the price for the product in effect at the time of shipment and agree that your credit card will be charged for such amount.

The following payment methods will not be accepted for the subscription program: Gift cards, Apple Pay, Affirm, Acima and PayPal.

You must have, or create, an account at pcrichard.com to be able to participate in the subscription program. You can modify or cancel an order or your entire subscription program at any time by logging into your pcrichard.com account and modifying or canceling your subscription as described below or by calling the P.C. Richard & Son call center at 1-877-727-1909. Canceling an order will stop all future shipments of that particular product. After an order is canceled, you may choose to reactivate any product order in your account settings on your pcrichard.com account.

If a product you have chosen for this subscription program is temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email notification as described in When We May Change Your Subscription below. Similarly, if a subscription order is discontinued, you will be notified by email and your subscription shipment for that product will be canceled.

Changing Your Subscription

• Log in to your www.pcrichard.com account
• Go to your "My Account" page and select "Subscriptions" from the Account Menu. The "Subscriptions" page will show all your upcoming shipments in the program. Here you can:

  • Change the send date
  • Change a subscription's frequency
  • Change a subscription's quantity
  • Pause a subscription
  • Cancel a subscription
  • Update your credit card information
  • Update your shipping address
  • Reactivate your subscription

Canceling a subscription will stop all future shipments of that particular product. No further charges to your credit card will be made.

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

  • Log in to your www.pcrichard.com account
  • Go to your "My Account" page and select "Subscriptions" from the Account Menu. The "Subscriptions" page will show all your upcoming shipments in the program.
  • Find the item you would like to cancel and click "Cancel Subscription".
  • Select the reason for cancelation and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.

Reactivating Shipments


To reactivate a product subscription, you can do so by following these easy steps:

  • Log in to your www.pcrichard.com account
  • Go to your "My Account" page and select "Subscriptions" from the Account Menu. Canceled (Inactive) subscriptions are listed beneath all pending shipments.
  • Scroll to the subscription you'd like to reactivate and click the "Reactivate" button.
  • Follow the confirmation prompts to confirm the changes.

When We May Change Your Subscription


If a product you have chosen for subscription is temporarily out-of-stock, we will send you an email notification on the date your order is set to be fulfilled. We will then routinely check whether the item is back in stock during the following thirty (30) days. Unless an order is canceled within the subscription management page as described above, if at any time in that thirty (30) day period the product comes back in stock, we will send it to you. During the period you will receive an email at the fifteen (15) day and thirty (30) day mark if the item is not back in stock. After the thirty (30) day period, that order will be canceled and we will not attempt to send the item until the next scheduled order fulfillment date.

If a product you have chosen for this subscription program has been discontinued, you will be notified by email and the recurring delivery of that product and the subscription product feature for that order will be automatically canceled.

We will cancel your order and send you an email requesting you to update your credit card information if the credit card you provided has expired between shipments or payment has been refused and you have failed to update the credit card associated with the applicable subscription program order. If updated credit card information is received, your subscription will restart.
