INCREDIBLE FEATURE...AND SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my new ATCL Model 65Q671G from BJ's last week, and was delivered right on time yesterday. My decision to purchase this model was based solely on the fact that this model has a feature which I have not found on any other television brand ANYWHERE, after looking for almost one year at nearly every other brand and model sold in the US. This feature is its having an "Audio Headphone Out" slot which allows the user to listen to the sound on headphones......without "muting/turning off" the sound on the main speakers. For persons who are hard of hearing, this incredibly feature allows them to adjust their headphone sound level, while other listeners can adjust the main speaker sound levels that are comfortable....without having the main speakers "blaring". However, upon installation, I was unable to find the menu that allowed me to select the various options for how the speakers were to be set up. So I called the support number and reached an absolute "angel" named Angella Jimena. Finding the answer to my problem was not easy, but she had me on the line for over thirty minutes while working with numerous departments within TCL, until she found someone in Tech Support who had the answer. She then walked me through the step by step procedure to select the option that allows the television to output sound to both the headphones.....and the main speakers.....at the same time. Had she not found and activated the feature,.......I most likely would have returned the television set. Instead....I am absolutely over the moon. And my wife and family are even more grateful, now that they can keep the main speakers at a "normal" volume instead of being turned to an extremely high level. And for those who ask why I don't just use hearing aides......I DO have hearing aides. But the spoken words from the main speakers is often not clear enough to understand. But using the headphones makes everything 100% crystal clear!

IMO you are getting the quality of most if not all other brands for a much more reasonable price. I also want to be sure to point out the top notch customer service I received when I had an issue with my device. Elthone J went the extra mile to be sure and help me get the situation figured out in a very short amount of time. I didn’t get ignored, on the contrary, I received emails or calls very fast so they could address the issue and keep me informed until their team had a final solution for me. I was having difficulty with understanding what I was finding on the web to guide because the information I was getting from TCL was not satisfactory at all. Nothing matched with the model TV I have. I called you for assistance and was served by an excellent tech whose name is Lucas. He was thoughtful and very patient as I spent time trying to understand the disparity between what I saw on the web and what I really needed to do. If all of your techs are as good as Lucas, management can sleep with confidence.
