Customer Support fixed my issue

This TV is a game changer!
It was time to update our old 65-inch TV in the family room to something bigger. I could not pass up the amazing Black Friday deals TCL had on their TV's. I was not 100% sure on going as large as 98", but WOW am I happy that I did. The size of this TV makes everything a true immersive experience. Whether it is watching a move, or playing a game, it puts you right in the action. It is truly amazing that TCL can offer a TV this size at such a great price. The sound and picture quality are truly amazing, and a huge improvement from the Sony 65" that it replaced. If you have the room for this TV, do not hesitate, it will be the best purchase you ever made!
