It is an excellent TV and reception is raeal noce and love the TV and price as well from Costco. One technical help support by Ms. Angela is also very helpful and she patiently resolved the problem for set up. Before that Mr. John also helped me was great too.

Set-up problem resolved.
I was having trouble setting up my tv so I called the support line. The call was answered immediately by Gina. She was extremely patient walking me through several steps. The set-up would still not work so she walked me through the reset process and still did not work. Finally after unplugging the tv and starting over
It finally worked. Gina then walked me through downloading of the streaming app I use. Not sure why the TV set-up didn’t work the first time but Gina was very pleasant.
