Warranty replacement, great experience
We bought our first Tempur Pedic mattress in 2000. After twenty three years, we felt it was time for a replacement. We loved our first mattress and it lasted longer than any other mattress we have owned. Our new mattress was great but experienced a quality defect. I contacted Tempur Pedic a bit wary of what would happen. I provided all the requested information and a warranty replacement was granted. The process was very smooth and fair. We purchased the Tempur-ProAdapt as our warranty replacement. The mattress is wonderful. It is very comfortable and we are very happy with our continued loyalty to the Tempur Pedic brand.

No Pain No More from
It's All Good
Best I can say is that when I wake up in the morning I no longer experience the pain in my lower back that I was feeling on our old mattress. As a man in my late 70's I know that a general "stiffness" is going to be there until I get up and move around, but it's wonderful not to have the real pain anymore. Overall comfort level is excellent and we are enjoying our new mattress every night.

Super comfortable
This is our third Tempur Pedic mattress, so now every bed in the house has one. The only problem will be to get the guests to go home. Excellent support and comfort. Since both my husband and I are in our 70s getting a good nights sleep is vital.

Happy to go to sleep at night on my new bed. I literally wore my other Tempur-Pedic out. When I went to the furniture store to get the bed they wanted to show me other brands but I knew as soon as I walked into the store what I was going to buy. It took me about a week to get into my perfect spot. I think that was because my other mattress was so far gone and this one I had to get in to a routine. I love it.

comfortable and supportive
Started sleeping well on first day. I love the bed conforming to my body without any discomfort on all the usual pressure points. The motorized frame makes the head and foot of the bed adjustable which has been great for early morning and late night reading in bed.....Overall a great experience and I am happy with my pruchase........

Best mattress ever
I bought one tempur-pedic mattress which the store owner said was firm but our ideas of firm were not the same. I put that one in an extra bedroom and decided I had to go for really firm even though it was expensive. The first night after it was delivered, I got on it and said "I'll never be able to sleep on this," however, I did and it was the best sleep ever. Hasn't changed, wish I'd got this years ago. It's like sleeping in a very expensive hotel room bed.
