Muscle Recovery Godsend

It is incredible post workout, my boyfriend also uses it now post hockey games. It’s extremely user friendly and easy to take on the go.

Use Heat on the Go!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used heating pads forever. This Newly Designed RECOVERY THERM CUBE Heating/Cooling Rechargeable Portable Device is AMAZING! It has 2 sizes of Velcro Straps so I was able to use it wherever I needed on my body. Not being plugged into the wall or an extension cord left me Free to go anywhere. What an Awesome Product. I used it all over my home, outside in the yard & in the car-On The Go!! Charge lasted a long time, it’s very well made & easy to use. I used it on my shoulders a lot & it didn’t hurt to set it on top & walk around. It’s A

Ditch your ice bags! And the heating pad cords
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my recovery therm cube. You don’t have to worry about having a wet bag on your body because of the ice melting. This is also cordless so you don’t have to worry about pulling out your heating pad for small areas that are in pain. It relieves pain reduces inflammation so that you can maximize your recovery.

Amazing heating/cooling ability
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I’m actually impressed by how well this product works. It actually gets very warm and also cold to the point it feels like ice. You can easily switch between the two setting with just a click of a button. The battery does last long as well. It comes with two straps to help with positioning it on you. It’s not a good product to use on bony areas of the body since it is not a flexible device. The device is also only good for small areas of your body, so this would not work for everyone’s needs. I do like that this product allows for easy transportation of a heating and cooling device for chronic pain.

Surprisingly effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’ll start this by saying I was very skeptical about how helpful this this was going to be, for 1 it’s pretty small and I had not faith it was actually going to be able to get cold at all. Heat is what I’m usually seeing with these types of products. But I was shocked when I first turned it on and put in the cold setting, even at level 1 it really cools down beyond what I thought. Level 3 is too much for me even that I can only use level 2 and even then only for a short while. The heat option was no surprise, it got very hot and quickly too.
You have the option to switch between the two settings and it’s surprisingly quick at jumping between hot and cold. Not that anyone is going to be doing that often.
The straps are very nice quality, thick and the Velcro is strong so once you have it in place it will stay. I would have liked to see more custom type Velcro fittings for specific areas, but with the two it comes with you can make anything work.
I’ve started incorporating this to my after gym routine, and will run the cold setting for about 10-15 min, and it feels amazing, especially after a good forearm workout.
Worth trying out, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked using it.

First of all, let me say that I'm a fan of Thera. I have a lot of their products. This is one of the most effective. I always have knee pain during sports, but after each session I use the cube several times and I feel much better than before. The ease, of course, lies in the hassle of using individual ice bags or warm pillows. This is one glove for all devices. That's what I would definitely buy again. Great value for money.

Great cold or heat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great product. It is small and portable. It comes with two straps. A larger one and a smaller one for different parts if your body. You can also use it without the straps. It has a cold and heat feature. The instructions were easy to follow and explained how to use it perfectly. It feels so good on sore muscles and joints. It is perfect for right after my walk or jog on my sore knees. You can use it anywhere on your body thanks to the straps for support.

Instant hot or cold relief super portable

It also gets very hot, just by the push of one button. It has three setting for hot and three settings for cold so you can determine the level or hot/ cold. Great for a post workout recovery or even an injury that requires hot/ cold compresses.

Great Mess Free & Portable Hot/Cold Therapy

Overall, I absolutely love this Recovery Therm Cube. As an occupational therapy assistant, I think it is so important for everyone to have ice and hot cold therapies easily accessible to them. This cube is the perfect on the go hot and cold therapy. I preferred to use the heat on the third setting and the cold on the second setting. There also is a contrast mode alternating between hot and cold that felt great after exercise. The only thing I think some people may have issues with, is the bands not being long enough for around your abdomen. However, this device can be used as a handheld so I would recommend using it that way. Overall would highly recommend for any athlete or every day person!

This thing is so neat

I was impressed that it has three different temp levels for both hot and cold settings. And when you choose which you want then it heats or cools up very quickly. Both my husband and myself have issues with achey muscles and joints so this little device will come in very handy. I love it

It operates swiftly, heating up rapidly and cooling down quickly, ensuring no delays in adjusting settings. I've been using it on my husband's sore back, which has been bothering him for a couple of days since he decided to start working out again, and he experienced almost immediate relief from the soreness.

Convenient and does the job

With that being said, I do suffer from back and shoulder pain from time to time, so I was delighted to try the RecoveryTherm Cube. I normally use a heat pad to help alleviate pain and soreness, but wanted to try something more compact. I like that this device is portable and a convenient size. It comes with two straps, a longer one and shorter one, and can be used according to your preference. There are three different settings: cold, hot, and alternating cold and hot. I like the hot setting, but my only dislike is that I wish it could get hotter. The device does help alleviate any shoulder or back pain I may have throughout the day and although it does not get as hot as my old faithful heat pad, it does the job effectively and I will continue to use.

Its ability to alternate between extreme temperatures provides excellent relief post-workout. While its portability is a definite asset, allowing for on-the-go use at the gym, its durability ensures long-lasting performance. However, its intense temperature extremes can be uncomfortable, and the straps, unfortunately, fall short for larger frames, hindering its usability on the back. Despite these drawbacks, its effectiveness, portability, and versatility make it a valuable addition to any recovery routine.

Replace Your Bean Heating/Cold Packs!

The temperature regulates so quickly, and does not have the weird food/plastic smell that you get with traditional heating or cold packs. It can make a loud whirring noise at times, but is so worth it!

Works great for pain relief

Both hot and cold options worked quickly, even when switching between them on the unit. The only negative was that the fan was a bit noisy. Unit charged quickly via USB port and would be a great option for traveling due to its portability.

No more ice bag!

A bit tricky to put figure out at first
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to get this product because I have a knee injury and I need to ice them everyday, however, this was a bit tricky to put operate so I watched a YouTube video and I must say this product is amazing!! It heats and colds super fast and it has different coldandhot temps and can even do a cycle of both and it cuts off after 18 mins! This product is a game changer and it charges with USB-C which to me is the icing on the cake. I only did not give it 5 because of the initial putting it together. Important to note: the fan does make noise but it isn't loud

Ice pack and heating pad in one

The cooling feature has three stages, but in my opinion it feels like it stays at the same temperature. I would suggest using this product on skin rather than over clothes, you might not feel it through clothes.

It works!

So it’s light and portable but it has a big fan on the outside so it’s kind of loud so I wouldn’t be able to use it at work or in small settings. It’s kind of bulky as well. I thought it was going to be a bit thinner, but it does work. Ill probably just use it at home. I like it a lot though

Small and useful hot/cool recovery device but loud
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought the idea of this recovery device was really need, it could provide both targeted heat and cold therapy for aches and injuries. It also came with two straps, one long and one short which were also useful. I was able to power it on easily and select the strength of the therapy and use it quickly. The things I didn’t like were how loud the fan was while running, it’s very distracting and I’m sure there’s a reason for it but I think a battery powered hand warmer would have felt the same. Overall, it was definitely more convenient than an ice pack or a plugged in heating pad but the fan was too annoying to ignore.

Convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product allows you to both heat and ice your muscles. This product is easier to ice with than an ice pack. It seems I never have an ice pack cold when I need it. It is less messy too. The heat therapy is also more convenient than heating up a rice pack. This product also allows you to go back and forth between heat and cold. The strap allows you to place it on your body but it can be difficult to stay in some positions. Holding it for the duration of the therapy could be a pain. Overall this product is good and convenient for muscle aches and pains.
