The massager has several attachments for different muscle groups, there are also three speeds and a cute case. I have problems with muscle spasms and this massager saves me. The massager is very quiet and holds a charge for a long time.

Wonderful! Kiss your pain goodbye
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I go to physical therapy for chronic back pain and they use a Theragun as part of the treatment. When comparing the Theragun Mini to the one they use at PT, I really couldn’t tell you the difference. This Mini is small but powerful and comes with 3 different attachments and can be used at 3 different speeds. I found instant relief using this on some of my trouble areas. One of the best things I found was that not only did it come with a few routines displayed on cards, but you can connect to the Therabody app and it will walk you through many routines with a video showing you what it should look like. One of the main reasons I never splurged on a Theragun in the past is that I was afraid I wouldn’t know what to do with it once I had it. That fear is gone and I’m so glad that I have the Theragun Mini to get me through my daily pain.

Convenient and Easy to Use

I love that it comes with multiple attachment heads as well as a very nice quality carry case. It charges quickly and is very easy to use. It has three speeds and can also be locked to ensure it isn't turned on by accident while traveling, although that would be unlikely. There is an app available for suggested uses for certain pains, but it is not necessary to download in order to use the device. My only complaint is that the cable does not have a typical USB end on the charger end, both ends are identical. Not a huge issue, as I have the right port on my laptop, but I will probably just use my phone charger anyway. And in that regard, it is super convenient that it has the same charger port as my phone, so I don't have to have another charger cable laying around. The device itself fits very comfortably in the hand and is easy to use. I like how small it is so I can pack it on trips. And the construction appears top notch! I am very happy with it!

The noise level is quite soft and the battery lasts a long time! This massager feels like a profession tool that my chiropractor uses! It definitely has gotten the knots out of my back and neck. Quiet and effective.

You can use it for recovery after a workout, or even before bed to relax your muscles and help you sleep better. It’s honestly incredible—there’s a feature for pretty much everything! To get started, you just download the app on your phone, pick the goal you want to achieve, and it gives you a routine to follow. You can also choose the intensity level, and the app guides you with a tutorial of movements to do to get the best results.
The product itself is super compact and lightweight, and it even comes with a travel case for easy storage. I used it last night before bed, and let me tell you, the relaxation was instant! It really does what it promises.

Amazing for chronic pain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little guy is magical! I have chronic back pain and try anything and everything to help. I have a big massage gun that is difficult to grasp and jiggles my hand until it’s almost numb. This is small with a handle that is far easier to grip. I’ve only used it for a few days, but my back already feels different. This is fantastic. The Theragun is quieter and does not make my hand numb either. I had to charge my big one every time I used it, but I’ve been using the mini for several days and it has not needed charged yet! It also comes with a compact carrying case and a way to lock it for traveling—which we do a lot. I am so excited to continue using it so I can work out all my kinks and stiffness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with my Therabody theragun mini!💜 The instructions are straightforward and easy to understand. Connecting to the app was super simple and creating an account took seconds. I like the different speeds and the 3 different head types of different parts of your body. It comes with some inserts with what to you use the heads of and simple exercises/massages. It fits perfectly in my hand and being mini it’s great to carry with. I have a a small get away this weekend and it’s charged and packed in my bag taking up minimal space! The app is super user friendly and comes with a tutorial for each of the 3 heads and small videos for you to try them with as well. I can’t get enough of the plan that shows up everyday in the app based on my information filled out and needs. After my morning walks my hamstrings and calf’s feel so much better and less tight after using. This is going to be a staple for my everyday routine.

Speed up recovery

This helps speed up recovery time and helps with tight/sore muscles. It would have been five stars for me except I can’t seem to get it to connect to my Garmin. Compact and powerful massager

We took it to our week long trip to Mexico and after using it almost every day, I still have not needed to charge it. I love how compact it is and ergonomic to which is super easy to hold and massage yourself with. I have a similar product from a different brand and while this this great and compact, I am not sure the power and size is enough to justify the cost given there are other options more cost effective which is my only downside.

Small but mighty

I am on my feet all day and my calves cramp up, but this thing can work out your muscles. The only thing I didn’t like was that the charger was C to C and it didn’t come with a charging block, so you’ll need to purchase that separately.
