Stress be gone!

This provides lasting relief from aches and pains and also helps soothe and relaxes the muscles post exercise.
There are 3 power settings and even the first power setting was adequate enough for me to get relief.
I really liked the ease of operating this by myself. I have been enjoying this everyday .

Worth It
I thought long and hard about this purchase because there are so many gizmos that promise to help with muscle pain and fatigue. This one is worth it, within five minutes of the first use I was wondering how I lived without it. You can target problem areas to relieve pain and also just massage sore muscles. I have also used it while stretching and my range of motion is noticeable better after just a couple of weeks.

we LOVE our therabody!
we love our new therabody! it feels sooo good after a workout, a long hike, or a relaxing wind-down before bed. the device charge lasts a very long time. the grip is comfortable and easy to target areas/muscles if using alone or with a partner. the attachments are nice – however, we only find ourselves using the largest one. the three speeds are great – my partner uses the highest speed, and I like the lowest one :)

Perfect Fathers Day gift!
My husband loves this self massager and I do too so I don't have to give him massages myself after his workouts. It's triangular handle makes it easy for him to get difficult spots. It's not heavy and recharges easily.

Excellent massage for sore lower or upper extremities after a hard workout or stressful day. With three levels of intensity it works for me and my wife. I focus on legs and wife on arms and shoulders. The design makes it easy to use. Quality product that I highly recommend for anyone: weekend/yard warriors to gym rats and runners!

Benefits noticed after first use...comfy handle & easy access to most tight/sore spots...*my only complaint to date is the location of the Power/Intensity Button - i keep increasing/shutting it off when maneuvering lol
