This thing rocks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this. I've had others and it surpasses it. I love the handle, takes away the intensity of holding it compared to others. I like the buttons and how easy it is to shift intensity and turn on or off with one tap. Others I've used you have to cycle thru all the speeds. It's rechargeable and has a nice small screen. I'm so glad I have this. Takes care of minor aches, big aches, cramps and great for post work outs.

Great pain relief allover
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you Influenster and therabody for allowing me to try this massager free in exchange for my honest review. I have been having terrible plantar fasciitis pain in my left foot for months now and this helps to ease the pain some. This massager is easy to hold in a variety of positions. My husband loves to use this for his back pain as well. We both downloaded the app as well and it helps us use each of the massage tips. As well as being able to access many routines and being able to save them. The app also helps to remember your favorite routines and settings so you don’t have to keep changing it from the previous user. It also has a biometric scanner and helps with breathing exercises. The noise is typical of a massage gun. You can change the speed but I do wish you could go to a lower speed than what is preset. Battery lasts for bout a week in between charges. Comes with a handy bag to store everything neatly. I am very pleased with this product. Definitely recommend this brand to others.

Amazing product!!!!

Easily can travel with this theragun since it comes with a fun pouch to keep it in. The battery life is amazing. Not very noisy. I would recommend this theragun to my friends and family members!

It has different settings, quick picks if we don’t have a lot of energy, we can customize our own massages. It comes with different tips that pinpoint pain and trigger areas. Love my massage gun

There’s tree ways you can hold it and I like that you can use it with the app. Also that it has a way to check your pulse and it has something to make you calm with your breathing and makes you relax.

Easy To Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dealt with chronic pain issues for a very long time and have been told massages would help, but I do not like other people touching me. I was grateful to receive this Therabody Theragun Sense complimentary through Influenster in exchange for my honest review since it would be similar to an actual massage. Out of the box, this had a slight charge and was simple to get started. This connects via Bluetooth to an app on your phone and also has a screen on the device if you choose to use without the app. The app was easy to use and helps you follow along on routines, which is something I need because I get distracted often. The routines are preset for different areas of the body, so you can select what you want to focus on. The screen also lets you select through presets, and since you cannot see the screen while using, the Theragun stops when the countdown runs out and allows you to move to the next section before you select to start again. The four different attachments are explained and can be switched out in seconds. I personally like the dampener and micro-point attachments, as I found I tolerate their pressure the best. I am sensitive to touch and deal with pressure point pain, and since I had never used a device like this, the speed of the presets was too intense for me. Thankfully, you can adjust this on the app and device, which I appreciated. While this has a little bit of weight, I had no problem gripping it to use and only noticed my hand cramping up on longer routines. The app also has features for guided heartbeats and breathing, which I think many people would appreciate. This took a few hours to charge with the cord provided, and the display on the screen lets you know when it is in need of charging. After a few days of use, I'm starting to notice my muscles feeling not as tight and a slight improvement in pain. I particularly like that I could use this on my calves and feet, as these are a big issue for me, and after a long walk, the relief from this massage gun was much enjoyed. This comes with a travel pouch and is small and light enough to bring wherever you may need it. I think this is a great option for those of us who prefer the benefits of a massage at our own convenience.

Game changer trigular design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Design is amazing! The triangular shape makes it easy and convenient when you massage yourself. The digital screen shows you where to massage yourself depending on pain or massage you want. This is very helpful to pinpoint the areas you need help with. I have tried other similar massage equipment but they are too heavy or very inconvenient to hold and I get tired before I feel any relief. I was able to alleviate back pain! This deign is a game changer. The app is very helpful as before I had no idea what I was doing and randomly massage but the app and screen give you a guidance. It comes with a travel bag to easily and safely take it with you. The size is perfect!

Game Changer.

With four different attachments, it does everything from reducing aches and pains to prepping muscles for a workout. It also has a handy biometric sensor to measure BPM and haptic vibrations to guide you through breathwork. The breathwork feature is incredibly calming. I’ve been busy power washing outside my home recently so this Theragun has gotten a real workout. It also includes a helpful app with numerous programs that assist with rest, recovery, breathing, discomfort, etc.

Easy set up-wonderful relief

As someone who usually just blindly uses a massager with no real rhyme or reason other than looking for some muscle relief the guided videos the app provides are so amazing. You can also select that you just want to meditate or wind down and it literally guides you through a night routine. It was extremely easy to set up the app and blue tooth pair to my phone. I am so excited to start using this in my daily routine.

Easy to use

First off, there is an app you could get to pair your phone with the Theragun. It offers targeted sessions that are easy to follow.
The Theragun offers multiple attachments, an easy to read screen you can flawlessly go through with the buttons. There is a charger with it as well. Along with written guided directions if you need that help.
It feels so relaxing on sore muscles and easy to use on multiple body parts. You might want assistance if you’d like to get your whole back.
