Replacement warranty

This case for my Surface
This case for my Surface Pro 7+ from UAG is great. I had bought one a year ago, similar but the stand on the back was plastic and it broke. This one the
stand part on the back is metal and it is working well.

Great Protection Case for Surface Pro
In my opinion, this model is very tough when compare with the SE model because the kickstand is made from metal. Design is very nice.

UAG Metropolis for my Surface Pro 7
Love my UAG! This is my second one on my second Surface Pro in almost ten years. My first UAG made my decision when I got my second Surface Pro. There was simply no other consideration other than had UAG made advances on there own products and do I need it. You can make no mistake with UAG!

Bad case but it's the only option
Terrible case, breaks often. Kickstand is metal but the workings of it are plastic, so it falls apart easily. Unfortunately they are the only ones that make a somewhat protective case for the surface pro

Bad product. Good Service
We purchased the UAG cases last year for our students. I'd say 50-75% came back with a broken kickstand. Your service department has been great in returning them, but we had to switch to one of your competitors because of the breakage.

Product image is misleading
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this under the impression that it would come with a keyboard attached to the case. Nowhere on the page did it say that there was no keyboard included, and many of the images showed the keyboard with the case despite there not being an actual keyboard. I’m not sure if my order got messed up and I didn’t get a keyboard when I should have, or if this is simply bad marketing
