Works as well as the salve without the cleanup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a familiar scent in an easier to use form. Vicks has been my family's solution for congestion my whole life, but always in the salve form. This gives the same great relief without the cleanup needed. We are using it in a humidifier with a compartment for it, but it can also go in your bath.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of a toddler, I’ve tried everything to help with those miserable, stuffy, coughing nights, and I have to say—Vicks VapoSteam is hands-down the most effective product I’ve used so far. Unlike other vapor treatments that sit on a pad or get diffused into the air, this one incorporates directly into the water, making the steam medicated and so much more powerful. It’s a great value for the money. Then again I will spend whatever it takes to make my little feel better.
From the moment I added it to our humidifier, I noticed an immediate difference. The warm, soothing steam filled the room, and within minutes, my little one’s congestion eased up. She wasn’t tossing and turning as much, and her cough didn’t sound nearly as harsh. As a mom, there’s nothing better than seeing your child actually rest when they’re sick!
I also love that it lasts throughout the night—no need to constantly check or replace anything. Just add it to the water, and it does its thing. The scent is strong but not overwhelming, and it doesn’t leave any weird residue. It’s honestly a game-changer for those long, exhausting nights with a sick toddler.
