I love it

Great nose opening scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vicks VapoSteam paired with the Warm Mist humidifier worked wonders for us when we weren’t feeling well. It was ease to open and dispense the vaposteam into the humidifier. The vapor emitted helped to clear our nasal passages allowing us some better sleep. This was a great quantity for the price and we will be buying more when it’s gone.

Very Soothing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Vicks VapoSteam for a few years now, and it’s one of those staples I make sure to keep in the house, especially during the winter months. When added to a warm mist humidifier, the medicated vapors work wonders to relieve congestion and help me (and my family) sleep better when we’re under the weather.
The scent is strong but soothing — that signature Vicks menthol aroma — and it starts working almost immediately once the steam fills the room. It really helps open up the sinuses and ease coughs, particularly at night when symptoms tend to get worse.
I also like that it doesn’t leave any mess or residue in the humidifier like some essential oils can. Just pour a little into the water chamber and you’re good to go. It’s gentle enough for kids (though I always use less for them) and doesn’t irritate sensitive noses.
Highly recommend keeping a bottle or two on hand — it’s one of those simple products that genuinely makes a difference when you’re sick.

Useful and helpful for stuffy noise

Great for cough and colds!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've used Vicks VapoSteam both in our baths and in our Vicks warm mist humidifier during these winter months whenever our kids have had a cold. It has been soothing for their cough and has helped them sleep better through the night. The bottle lasts a long time as well as we have used it several times and still have more than half of the bottle left. I would highly recommend this product!

I can't speak to the cough suppressant portion because I wasn't sick when I used it but I think it's incredible that something added to the air can help relieve a cough!

You simply need to just use the proper amount. I use it with my Vicks Warm Mist Humidifier. It makes medicated steam that helps relieve the cough. It's easy to fill to use. I'm really happy with this product. I recommend this Vicks VapoSteam Cough Suppressant Liquid.

Effective product

Vicks VapoSteam has been a game changer for my cough and congestion! Just adding it to my (also Vicks) warm mist humidifier creates a medicated steam that helps me breathe easier and sleep more comfortably. The camphor infused vapor is super soothing, especially when dealing with dry, irritated airways.
It's quick & easy to use. Just add to your vaporizer or humidifier's medicine cup (not the tank).
You get instant relief as it moistens dry air and helps calm coughs. It's pediatrician recommended which is why I trust it over essential oils for congestion.
A little goes a long way!
One quick tip-VapoSteam looks a lot like cold medicine, so just be mindful around little ones and when you're grabbing it for yourself (like with anything else). But overall, pairing this with my Vicks Warm Mist Humidifier has been a huge help! I highly recommend for anyone battling coughs or dry air!

Really works great!

The scent is not too overpowering, you can smell it but it's not too strong. It helped clear up my throat and my nostrils. Helped me breathe better. I think it's worth it because one bottle goes a long way you only need a tablespoon per quart. The cap is childproof. I will be getting more when I run out.
