Uninstall old air conditioner
Bring the new air conditioner into your home
Install chassis and face plate in properly-installed existing wall sleeve
For an additional fee, we'll haul away your old air conditioner

If you're replacing an existing air conditioner, please note that we're not responsible for any aesthetic differences due to changes in the air conditioner's dimensions.

Unfortunately we cannot do any of the following:

Add, run, or relocate electric line (outlet)
Alteration of sleeve or existing cut out

Requirements For Wall Air Conditioner Installation

An existing outlet next to your air conditioner's chosen spot (Most air conditioners fit in a standard 115V/15 amp or 220V outlet, but double check your particular model)

Note: The installation of your new air conditioner chassis does not include installation or alteration of the air conditioner sleeve mounted to the building. P.C. Richard & Son, therefore, disclaims any, and all liability for improperly pitched sleeves, or damages or injury caused by water leaking from the sleeve or air conditioner.

Preparation for Delivery

Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 must be present in your home to accept the delivery.
Make sure there's a clear path between your front door and your air conditioner's spot.
Clear the area of any clutter, debris or dust, and secure any pets.

Freight Delivery of the Wall Air Conditioner

If you live outside the NY, NJ, CT and PA areas, you can still get it delivered.

Included with Freight Delivery Service

Your air conditioner will be delivered curbside at your home with no installation or in-home placement.
Kindly note that this is the only option for delivery addresses outside of the P.C. Richard & Son local area.
Unfortunately haul-away is not an option for freight deliveries.

Preparation for Delivery

Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 (19 in Nebraska or Alabama) must be present in your home to accept the delivery.
It's a good idea to make sure at least one more person is around to help carry your air conditioner into your home.
